Unfortunately, the original installer, United Elevator, told me they no longer service the elevators they installed--which I found surprising. After months of searching and having several other companies come out only to say there was nothing they could do, I finally called Above and Beyond Elevators. Tom and Colby were absolutely incredible. They quickly identified the issue and had my elevator up and running within 10 minutes! Their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were outstanding.
