We were so grateful that they were able to squeeze us in on a Wednesday, our moving day! We called on Monday evening and spoke to Meg. She was exceptionally helpful. Our rating is actually a 4.5, not a 4. Only glitch was getting confirmation that the pick up was made. We called late afternoon on Wednesday and the rep said she could not confirm but would text us when she knew for certain. We received no text and called this morning. A different rep told us the pick up was made on time. If we were still in the home we would have known. Better communication and we would have rated them a 5. Fees were reasonable. read more

Decided it was time for an old gross fish tank in my room to go. Requested a quote in the AM, expecting a later reply but they got back to me right away! They offered to come to my house that day, but I sadly missed the message. I got back them around 9:30 at night...and they responded 15 minutes later offering to come the next day! They showed up on time with two trucks, but they really only needed one. I did appreciate the fact that they sent two trucks in anticipation of it possibly being a bigger haul.
