We did not receive our bill until I believe late 2024 or 2025 when I called to complain about it I was told well it's Covid. What does that have to do with you getting a out I continue to receive bills with the same dates of service on them. I believe they were for around $75 each. I paid at least six of these until I finally called Novacare and said I'm not paying anymore. The woman I spoke to said you should not get another lo and behold I get a bill for $357.64 which is basically the total amount I had already paid them $75 at a time. My husbands account was referred to Montgomery Lynch for collections. My husband is disabled so having a collection agency calling was very distressful. I called Montgomery Lynch, and explained to them that I had already made all these payments. Unfortunately, I kept some of my documentation of those and the was kind enough to take the confirmation numbers and contact Novacare who told them they had no record of the is insanity. How do I have a confirmation number and you don't have a record of the I will never use Novacare again. I don't care if I have to travel to Dayton or Kentucky beware because their billing practices are predatory and then you will be extorted by them employing a collection agency to collect money you've already paid.

I fractured my tibial plateau in January while skiing in California. Spent six weeks with no weight allowed on my right leg, thus my muscles atrophied a fair bit. For the last two weeks I've been seeing Melissa at CPT and she has been fantastic. I'm walking with no limp at most times, and only a slightly noticeable one when my leg & knee get a bit tied; usually after physical therapy, but that is good, means I'm working the muscle and building it back up. Anyway, I've been impressed with what I've received and seen going on with other patients. If Melissa is any indication of any of the other PT's, then you'll be in good hands here. Hopefully, you'll never need their services, but if you do, this is a great option for your recovery!

I got an adjustment with her on an area I was injured, it did hurt but it is injured from work and it healed in like two days and the pain actually decreased and I could move it so much better! Wow!! This may sound crazy, but when I left I felt like I had just enjoyed a bit of a Spa Day. Magical loungers of relaxation! Dr. Mark Johnson is the first Chiropractor that covered ALL the bases....he even worked on my jaw...I was suffering from nerve pain in my left foot for months... first thinking I had a hair-line fracture, but the XRAY showed nothing. I should have gone to Dr. Johnson first and saved on the price of the XRAY..after my adjustment the pain lessened and within 3 days was barely noticed at all. I also was pregnant 2015-2016 and he helped my pregnancy a lot and when my baby was born I noticed some shoulder issues from delivery so took him in and low and behold I was right! First 6 week old adjusted at his office. I've taken him since then and he lays down as a 1 yr old and is perfectly content dr Johnson is very intelligent knowledgable and gentle for my son!
