I brought this to their attention they would not correct the error. I do not recommend them, they have unfair billing practices. They discriminate against veterans with billing errors.

The PT and their service were great…read more But watch out from their billing department. They over charged me after the insurance claims were settled. They sent more than 10 mailings saying I owed money. After more than 20 phone calls with them and my ins co (3 way call), I proved I didn't owe money, but that they owed me $2.91. I also filed a complaint with the TN Atty General's Office for Consumer Affairs. So if you use this place, keep your records and receipts. They are relentless.

I had Laura as my physical therapist, and I was very impressed with her! She knew exactly what I needed to get back to myself. Laura is fantastic! She is extremely gifted in the art of getting people to do exactly what they need to do without being overbearing. Her sense of humor and her knowledge of the human body combine to make her the best of the best. I am finished with physical therapy, now, and I have to say that I actually enjoyed my visits there, thanks to these two fabulous ladies. I would recommend this place (and these women) to everyone!
