Think no parking garage, way easier to navigate than the huge medical center, and same great care. Highly recommend. Love my Dr. Lindsay, too, so much that my husband is switching to her so she can be both of our PCP.

The staff was so understanding with my almost 70 yr old aunt who does NOT go to Drs!!!! They helped assure her and ran tests to discover what's been ailing her for over a year! Thank you thank you for helping her with compassion and care. I felt you treated her as if she was your aunt and I cannot ask for more!

I've always gotten appointments in a reasonable amount of time usually within 24 hrs and been called back in a reasonable amount of time. I called last week for a refill just to get me to a new doctor in my current location I did not receive a call or prescription call in called back yesterday receptionist put another request in and I called again today and was told I needed to get with my new provider which I don't have yet because insurance had to be changed and goes into effect on 10/1. Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.

The lady at the front counter/window on 10/7 and 10/8 should look for a new job. I would say McDonalds but customers there deserve somebody that cares as much as any other place. She certainly doesn't and you are a burden. I am going to request another sleep clinic next time I see My Primary Care Physician but if I have to go back here I will be asking to see somebody other than Cynthia Whisenant because she makes me feel the same way. A burden, a waste of time, someone to look down her nose at, a reason for an eye roll. I've seen her a few times and this has been my impression on both occasions. I appreciate that she already knows what I have to say before saying it because she is a genius and why should I be speaking anyway? Oh yeah, I'm the patient, she is the provider, this is what we are supposed to do. Try smiling. If you have to fake "caring for a patient..." then do it. Get back to the old crew from a year ago, this one is a disapointment.
