Without insurance, or if you haven't met your deductible, the charge is $100 per session. Even though they will get substantially less than that once your insurance kicks in, they will charge you full price. I'm sure their PT services are fine, but charging me more than what they will accept from BCBS doesn't make me feel like a valued customer, so I left. read more

So I had to have surgery on my right arm from a car accident. As I am right handed this made me real nervous. My arm was so tight And weak I could not eat much less do anything else with it. So the Surgeon sent me to Bench Mark PT. That's where I met Gina Thurman. She took her time and worked with me and my arm. At first I was like what are these exercises gonna do for me. But I can say this Gina knows what she is doing and once we got good movement in my arm she was as determined as I was to get my arm as straight as we could. I choose this location after rotator cuff surgery due to its proximity to home and orthopedic surgeon. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, well-staffed given the high volume of patients, and extremely easy to work with. Scheduling was not a problem. The physical therapists and their technicians are well educated and very experienced. Steven G. was fantastic to work with and was willing to move as fast, or slow, as we felt I could. After the intake by Claresse she did not only look at the foot that was injured, but also at how I was walking and how my posture was. My experience with Gina Thurman has been fantastic! She is a licensed hand therapist and has just completed her doctorate. She knows her stuff!After seeing multiple surgeons and therapists, I finally was correctly diagnosed from her. Previously, I attended a nearby therapy center and was extremely disappointed in the service I received. It seemed my previous therapist was only interested in part time work. Gina goes above and beyond every session. I've been a patient for 3 months now and after 5 years of pain and issues I am starting to feel relief and am growing stronger everyday. The therapists and staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy on Johnson Ferry Road are exceptional. They are truly professional, caring people who provide real support and encouragement to help each patient recover physically and mentally from painful and limiting conditions. Steven Griffin, physical therapist, took the time to work with me to tailor a program which targeted my pain while simultaneously providing me with education, training and encouragement as I went through the PT process. I can now walk and function without the intense pain I had before I began treatment, and at times, I do not have any symptoms at all. It is a relief to be able to everyday activities without pain and worry. Steven is ably assisted by Billy Ryan, who has a strong understanding of how to perform the exercises properly. Steven and Billy are a great team who manage numerous patients seamlessly and with personal attention to each one. They provided me with confidence in my ability to completely recover and continue to implement the exercises and practices I learned at Benchmark. In addition, Donna, who covers the front desk/reception area, is one of the most welcoming people I've encountered. I had a knee replacement and went to Benchmark for post op therapy. I selected Benchmark solely for convenience and luckily it turned out to be a great, if mindless, selection. My therapist was Martina, assisted by techs Billy and Khadijah. They were all terrific but Martina was extra special. They were all polite, supportive and attentive. Martina really cared about my overall recovery and my comfort level. If I ever need PT again I am going back to Martina! read more

Unfortunately I have been to several places locally for physical therapy. This location and staff are the best you will find. They care, they listen, they welcome you . It is a great staff! From walking it to seeing Kyle who will remember you and greet you. It is welcoming and so much patience shown with all who walk in to this location. I see Kirsten and she is amazing and fantastic at diagnosis and making you better . This really is a great place to recover. read more

VERY unprofessional!! I made an appointment and when I got there 15 minutes early, per their request, not a single person acknowledged me for over 5 minutes! Then they told me I was not on the schedule and I could come back in an hour! The guy that took my appointment over the phone was sitting at the front desk on the phone when I got there and did not even offer an apology. I guess my time and my business is not important to this office. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! read more

Be very careful with their billing practice....I started in March for P/T being referred by my physician at Resurgen's...Each visit I would ask young lady what owed knowing my co-ins was 20% and each time told owed nothing...Finally in June she said she shows I owed 20$ my assuming I had gone over ins max on visits...when I get to the office I asked her to verify 20$ for this visit or foes other visits apply... After pushing her to check she verifies I owed 396$...I was in shock....I left that day and called the billing office and they confirmed but I could set payment arrangements....I asked why had they not collected my co-pays especially upon my asking....they said they had not gotten a response from my ins until then.........my ins stated otherwise and dates EOB's were sent as well as breakdown on how much each visit was my co-ins ....they're saying I must now pay 50$ mnth and wrote off a hardship of 96$...I've stopped going...the therapist was very nice...need more specialized .....Reported there billing practice to my Ins..they allowed my balance owed to accrue for months...unprofessional billing practice..the location I went to was Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth read more
