Resilient charged my wife more than what we should have paid (according to our EOB) and required that she pay money up front. My wife had met her deductible and should have been charged $12 (20% of $60 allowed). Instead, they made her pay $72. They did this twice. When I noticed the EOB said we should have paid $12 (instead of $72 they charged us), I called them. Resilient said Blue Cross cut their payments and they are charging patients extra to make up the lost income. I told them that this is not allowed and Resilient responded that it was. If you are a patient of Resilient and use Blue Cross insurance, you should check your EOBs and make sure that you haven't paid them more than what Blue Cross says you should. If you did, don't waste time calling Resilient. Call Blue Cross.
