They will go above and beyond for you. I was sick with a migraine today. I went in, they gave me a pain shot with a nausea med and knew I couldn't drive afterwards. I had no towels or wash rags. the three day when i was able to eat i received no cafeteria food i had to send someone to get me something to eat. i had to ask over and over for my medicine and when i got home there was a bill sent to me that i had already paid and been told it was paid sent to a collection company. when i ask them to fix it they said i still owed it even after i sent the check stub to prove it. my insurance should have covered it anyways this place doesn't even deserve a star

I still was not getting relief and so over several months, I returned and he finally recommended I have surgery so that I could get the best relief. I agreed and we scheduled a date. He wanted to do one more check, and when I went in for my final appointment, he told me he could not perform surgery because I was taking Jardiance and that I could possibly not heal correctly. He said I would have to be off Jardiance and that I could be at risk. I was disappointed because he laid everything out, had the solution and then declined to do the surgery. I met with my PCP yesterday and explained what happened and he said Dr. Hurst must have thought I was on Jardiance for diabetes. My PCP said there was NOTHING in my medical records mentioning that I had diabetes and why he would have assumed that was not clear. I take Jardiance because I have Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and my PCP said I could stop taking it for a time period that would not affect me having surgery. Dr. Hurst said he would refer me to a specialist in Memphis. I called his office on 4/29 requesting to receive the info of the specialist and was told they were out of the office until 5/6 but would have them get back to me. As of yesterday, 5/16 still no call. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but after his thought process that I could not have surgery because of being on Jardiance and the fact that they never got back to me I decided I'm not going back. I wasted a ton of money there and never got what was decided upon and ultimately declined the procedure because he didn't do his due diligence. He's the doctor and should have asked the correct questions or reached out to my PCP for further clarification. He's a nice enough guy but I will find someone who deserves my money, albeit cash or insurance, as I do have to pay out of pocket for some of my medical because we are now on a PPO not an HMO being retired.

Just trying to take a urine analysis…read more Wed- I waited 30minutes having to go, I was spot 1 which I assumed next. Then they told me there is no way they could do the test because there screen is down. (How about having a back up method) I had till the 19th to get this done. I was going to do this the 18th but it was raining heavily. So I came back the 19th. This is where it was like, wtf. The receptionist or whatever her position is, was sleeping or at least nodding off. It was a patient who told me what I needed to do to be seen. Also, if you don't have a smart mobile phone, you can't use this place. Which is weird, cause not everyone wants a dang smartphone. Well, turns out that Slow Pace days end at noon so my test was expired. When the lady at the desk woke up to tell me this, I replied with. "Well, nobody told me the day ended at noon" She replied with a snarky tone. "They didn't?" I've never been one for violence, but this could've been justified and a jury would've taken my side. I don't think the receptionist actually does anything but sits there.
