I drive 25 mins to this location and its worth every minute for each mile. I come in the door the first thing I have is hello Sheril and I cut up with them so much during the time I am there I have everyone laughing till I walk out the door. The girls at the desk are so awesome they tell me they hate it when its not my day to come. My 2 therapist's are Dresden and Jonathan they explain everything there doing and the goals we want to get done. They are awesome!!!! There is a therapist also there that's not mine his's name is Warren and he is awesome as well. I could go on and on and on about this whole staff. I have been in customer service all my life and worked for a company that I won best customer service nationwide 4 years in a row so I know customer service. If all your locations have this kind of customer service than this Benchmark company will go far. Now I give credit where credit is deserved and bravo this location is awesome and I hope this review gets to all the staff there. Being in customer service I know a customer is quick to make a complaint but as for a compliment it sometimes gets put on the back burner! Again I just want to give them a 100 thumbs up they deserve it. I will referral my friends to this company as well as this location. My motto when I was training new people I would say if you cant make a customer smile than you don't need to be working here a little harsh but true you can feel a customer smiling on the phone if you don't than your not doing it right! Dr Gramig did my thumb arthroplasty and repairing a tendon I partially ruptured in a fall. He is great and very patient friendly. I would let him fix my other thumb if it gets arthritic! Then when my right hip became arthritic, I contacted Dr Alusio at EmergeOrtho since he does more hip replacements in Greensboro than any other doctor. He advised me about when I would be ready for surgery and I went back to him when it was time. He also referred me to PrescribeFIT to help me work on my overall health prior to surgery. Kay Baker at PrescribeFIT has been an excellent coach for me and helped me get ready for surgery. She is still advising me in my post-operative recovery and I am thankful I have her advice during my total hip replacement recovery. Dr Alusio and his staff have did an awesome job on my hip. They have continually fielded my questions and brought me into the office for rechecks of my progress. It has been a difficult recovery for me at 72 years old and I appreciate the support I have gotten from them. Everyone in the Triad office has been great. I highly recommend EmergeOrtho Triad for all your orthopedic needs. They have a wide range of doctors who concentrate on areas of the body like hand and hip. I am thankful for EmergeOrtho Triad, Dr Gramig, Dr Alusio and Kay Baker at PrescribeFIT for contributing to my orthopedic health.

I tore the meniscus in my right knee in November 2025. I knew exactly what it was, because I had…read moretorn my left meniscus several years earlier. I made an appointment to be seen by one of the PAs. She had them x-ray my knee, to make sure there was no bone issue going on. After a physical exam, she told me that I was correct, it was a torn meniscus. She wanted me to get an MRI done to get a good look at it. She did not provide me with anything to help with my knee in the meantime. When I tore my left meniscus, I had been given a brace to wear by the doctor I saw at their Clemmons location. That helped me to continue to be able to walk. Luckily, I still had that brace, so I just wore it for the same amount of time I had been advised to the previous time. The MRI confirmed the tear. The surgeon I saw when I came in for the results of the MRI gave me two options. One was surgery, where they would use a scope to go into my knee and clean out the loose tissue. He said I would be out of work for 12 weeks, possibly less, if I felt well enough to go back sooner. The second option was physical therapy. He said there was a chance it might not help, and it was a very conservative approach to my condition. I almost felt like he was hoping I would say surgery. I opted for physical therapy. Luckily, it worked, and I do not need surgery.

Dealing with the whole experience has seen a definite drop in care. In their rush to pad their bottom line they rush past your concerns. A good key to not being hit by with financial problems is to figure an additional 20% more than what they tell you.
