Way overpriced ....final price different than quote due to incorrect square footage estimate. Crew was friendly ! They weren't planning to clean the main trunk duct underneath house! Had to insist on it so they had to come back a second day. Complained about heat exchangers being under house. Never disconnected the dryer to access vent behind dryer. Had to ask for before and after pics! Owner was difficult! Sorry I used this company! read more

AVOID - high price, terrible service. 1) First time didn't connect the dryer - had to have them come back and did not complete all services that were promised. 2) Came back to confirm the work was done, but crumpled the dryer vent upon reconnecting - had to disconnect, fix the vent and reconnect. 3) Promised to install a vent cap on the outside but didn't do that upon repeated requests. They were the highest price of the 3 that I obtained estimates, however, they promised to install a vent cap. It takes a long ladder so I was willing to pay the premium. They came to clean our ducts after a small electrical fire. Jaime & Bell arrived at the exact time they said they would. Since this was an insurance claim they didn't have ALL the relevant info but that wasn't a problem to them at all. Very efficient & friendly and they both like dogs! My family was going out of town last weekend and I thought it would be a perfect time to get my dryer vent cleaned, air ducts cleaned and the carpets shampooed. I found Bend Carpet and Air from The Smart Shopper magazine. Tara graciously did everything to squeeze me in super last minute. They did the vents and ducts on Friday, carpets on Monday. I had left my house key under the mat and they didn't feel comfortable leaving my keys there knowing I was out of town, so Tara personally came by to leave it under my doormat after I got home! Showed up late, truck does not look like pictures in the ad. It was red and when he pulled out his hoses he found a litter of kittens inside the bin. Our dryer vent is still clogged up and we paid way too much for the vent cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. Not very professional. Did not leave me a copy of the bill either. Do not use this company! We had our carpets cleaned and air duct cleaned recently. The house was empty as we were moving in soon so there was no need to move anything around. All the work took a little over two hours time. We were charged about $730.00 total. I called the company and asked for a credit because what they did was basically vacuum all the rooms. We have 6 bedrooms and 3 family rooms and they told me they charge by the room, not by the hour. The equipment used was nothing special and I had thought they would take more time to do a thorough cleaning. Jamie was very friendly and he did a good job, but I was very disappointed in the price. I am giving this rating as a reflection of their integrity as a business. Beware all who shop for this service! We called and spoke to several companies to get a price quote and we were quoted a price per duct by each company. We spent quite a bit of time with this company as they had what seemed like a better price going over everything and ALL we were told was it was 29.00 per duct so count our ducts and we would have a fairly accurate idea of what we'd be looking at. We had 12 ducts at 29.00 each plus we added the dryer vent cleaning for an extra 89.00, which should have totaled 437.00. After the job was done and I go to write the check I find out there is an upfront cost of over 500.00 for 10 or less ducts and then it's 29.00 per duct after that. So the bill was like 750.00!!!!!! WTF. That is such poor business practices so I want everyone to be careful when dealing with this kind of underhanded approach to doing business. This is criminal in my estimation and they should and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I used them after buying a house in Bend. When I continued to have horrible smells I called another heating an a/c company thinking that some of the ducts needed replacing. What they found was unbelievable. It appears that no cleaning was actually done. There were boxes, tennis balls etc in the ducts still. I am working on getting a full refund but I thought it best that all are aware. read more

Hired them to do a pet urine inspection. $75 dollars and 10 minutes later he was done and asked for cash and promised to prepare a written report. He didn't have change but returned a few weeks later with change again promising to prepare the report. It's been a couple of months and they never produced a receipt or report and now I don't need it as the tenant has moved. read more

I had scheduled an appt. for carpet and air duct cleaning, and the technician had issues with a machine, so we had to reschedule the carpet cleaning, yet he still arrived late in the day to clean the dryer duct.
