With that being said, I was extremely satisfied with my first consult and treatment today, Hannah listened to me and considered my specific hair growth pattern, came up with a plan and package to target my concern areas, and had great bedside manner throughout. I also feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what I've received outside this area, but I did benefit from a "buy 5, get 3 free" package they are running until Nov 22nd. Also love that after those 8 treatments, they offer 50% off for "maintenance" treatments on spots that just need a refresh! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I truly was so happy with the process today!

When I raised my concerns, I was told by Taylor, the injector that it was due to "my budget," and my request for a corrective session was outright refused. On top of that, the minimal results faded unusually fast...less than a month, making me question whether genuine Botox was used or the injections were not in proper area. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Proper technique, transparency and respect for patients are essential, and unfortunately, I didn't see any of that here.

I had several age/sun spots treated with cryotherapy and was told that if any of the spots had not fully resolved after a month, I could come back for a touch-up at no additional charge. About a month later, I returned for a skin check and mentioned that several of the treated spots were still visible--in fact, they were darker than before the original procedure. Dr. Pivik performed the touch-ups during that visit. When I later received a bill for the second procedure, I called the office because it was not what I had been told to expect. The office manager told me that Dr. Pivik recalled telling me that only one spot would be touched up at no charge and that I agreed to pay for the additional spots. That conversation never happened. Had I been told there would be a $248 charge, I would not have agreed to the additional treatment. Instead, I would have reminded them that I had been told the follow-up touch-up would be complimentary if the initial treatment wasn't successful. After I disputed the charge, the office agreed to reduce it by half, leaving me responsible for $124. While I appreciate the partial adjustment, that's not really the issue. I'm disappointed that I was charged based on a conversation that never occurred and frustrated that the office did not honor what I was originally told. The experience left me feeling misled and has significantly diminished my trust in the practice.

I have very expressive brows, and with other injectors I ended up looking like Jack Nicholson -- or honestly, a clown. It was obvious they didn't fully understand how all the forehead muscles work. Dr. Covey absolutely does. She's an actual doctor who specializes exclusively in this, not a nurse or part-time injector. She's been treating me for five years, and I've never had that look again. Natural, balanced, and done right every time. I will never go to anyone else!

If i was her i would be wanting to do it for free just so my patient would not walk around showing people what bad work she did. What i discovered calling the state board of medical examiners is that is allowed in a cosmetic surgeon. They will do nothing unless you are incapacitated. all of those boards she belongs to take her check every year and send her a certificated stating she is a member of their board. So buyer be ware. Those boards have nothing to do with competency.
