I called the front desk and the receptionist, Jenna, was super compassionate about my situation. The soonest I could be seen was two days out, so I booked the appointment anyway. Jenna assured me that I would be called in case there is a cancellation before then that could be filled. Sure enough, not even 10 minutes later I get a call back that there was a cancellation and that I could come in half an hour later. Dr. Olsen was able to diagnose my condition very quickly and was very attentive to my concerns and questions. I was out of the examination room within 15 minutes and never felt rushed.
