Everyone else that was been seen before him was ambulatory. Overall we have been happy with the physicians, but extremely disappointed in the office protocold. Taking the sickest first makes sense, but this was not the case both times we have used NOW Care.

As well, although they are all very busy, they all make sure to focus on my needs as a patient, walking me through all the details of my visit. Not long after, I am then greeted by Dr Mastrangelo, a true gentleman. Not many patients are happy to have experienced a hernia, and I'm one of those. Nervous about the procedure to relieve this isssue, Dr Mastrangelo is a calming force. During his exam, he is reassuring and compassionate, and I quickly learn that this highly experienced professional is absolutely the right person to take care of all my concerns. There was no rush to move on to his next patient until he has given me his full attention and all the time I need to fully understand my situation.
