Mike Lane was recommended to me by another Chiropractor because of over 20 yrs. of lower back problems, sciatic nerve issues that were impacting my ability to walk or get out of a chair. A second back surgery was recommended late last fall when I first saw Mike. The focus of the treatment was foundation training which was a series of specific daily isometric exercises to strengthen smaller muscles from my legs to my upper back in order to take the load off my back, hips, knees etc. I won't kid you this was no quick fix and required dedication but I had tried surgery, chiropractics, medications and acupuncture all of which only provided short term relief at best. 3 months later I was walking 3 miles, driving without pain again and not even considering surgery or meds any longer. The treatment Mike provided was a long term fix but required 10-15 minutes a day. Mike never promised me a quick fix what he did do was use my own muscles to correct a long term problem. I can't say enough about the care and treatment I got from Mike and the amazing results. One other thing, the cost was minimal compared to the cost for chiropractors, meds, doctors and it has been permanent fix as long as I do my daily maintenance exercises. read more
