Erica was off, but Suzie worked me in with Caitlin right after work. Woo! Her shampoo was really good. Very relaxing. Felt amazing after a crazy long day at work. And there's just something about someone else washing your hair, amirite? The shampoo, like Tina said, smelled so good. I'm still sniffing my hair an hour later. Haha. She made small talk about her dog, her son and her husband. I was really glad she didn't ask me a million questions, because I deal with that all day long. She made really quick work of my cut, I was only in the chair for about twenty minutes, style and everything! She gave me such a relaxing blowout. I almost fell asleep. My hair was perfect. I felt taken care of and well informed (even though I already knew most of the info) I had been getting shortwave for awhile in brooklyn and it had a ton of regrowth and i was burnt badly on my upper lip because of my course beard hairs requiring a very high setting. I've also had laser on my face one of the most painful things ever! and it didnt work so don't try it. stick with electrolysis for the face and laser for your body, that's what's given me the best results. as a trans woman I started with very coarse body hair so I had to add dutagen to my regiment of meds to thin it out. after my face is done I'll be seeing his wife to get my upper body zapped. thanks for reading!

We went from fixing my short haircut, to cool pixie, to do-whatever-you-want-Autumn, to let's grow it out, to wash 'n' wear, to fringe bangs, to purple, and to lets let the purple fade and the bangs grow in. We went through her wrist fracture, and then her deciding to go to Alaska and work with sled dogs. (Yes, she did that, and it's amazing that she did.) We went through my multiple job changes, and general growing up. Back to the hair: It was amazing. I have no idea how she does it -- I have weird kinky/wavy hair that's not coarse, but is thick. I should make you all aware that SHE HAS THIS TYPE OF HAIR AND KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH IT!!!!!!! She's an artist, a goddess, a master of her craft.
