I hated it and told her that it was shaggy, uneven and now I wanted the long parts cut off to even it to the shortest parts. She refused! And she put the red way too far up my head. Which is not what I told her I wanted I let her know I did not like what she did, and she just ignored what I said and told me it looks great. I did not receive a refund. So, I went over to Regis salon crying my eyes out and they are fixing this now. One of the stylists from Regis went back over to Venus salon to let her know I deserve my money back and tell her how unhappy I am, and the lady called me the Devil. Now let me give you a little back story on this. She is bat shit crazy religious and kept forcing her religion upon me the whole time I got my hair done. She prayed for me (which was ok) but then she took it too far. She forced me to read bible versus' aloud to her and very angrily told me that I "better apologize to God for not believing in him" She did not go one sentence without trying to force her religion upon me. I was very, very uncomfortable. So, not only am I out $220, my hair is horrible, I have to pay another salon to fix it, I have to damage my hair even more with chemicals, I have to get my hair cut shorter YET AGAIN, and the crazy chick called me the Devil. Let's just say, never go there. Ever. Like, at all. But thank you SO much to Regis Salons for giving me a discount and offering to fix my hair.

I am new to the…read morearea and looked at review sites and decided to try this salon, hoping I wouldn't need to try any others. Let's say I walked in today and HAD to try a different place because they didn't have my reservation and didn't even seem concerned. They acknowledged they made the reservation, but since they were busy they couldn't do it. They said I they had openings later this week. I left work early to get there and just getting the appointment took days and was more work than I generally want to do for a service. So, when they didn't apologize and couldn't honor their agreement, I left. (I was not rude prior to leaving, even then I just said it was too much work and I had left work early, so no I didn't want more of their 'service'.) Went less than a mile down the street to a much more upscale salon and was able to get my hair cut right away for a very reasonable price. Unless you need to be patriotic (there's a big flag behind the empty reception area) while getting your hair cut, or have time to be jerked around, go somewhere else!
