She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! The vibe itself is so cute, and everything is extremely sanitary. There was cleansing wipes for you to use inside the room before they see you and I think small details like that are what make for the best experiences! I was left completely gooey and needed to wash my face, neck, and shoulders when I got home. A hot towel wipe down would've been nice. I agree with another reviewer that this is not a relaxing facial. Sabine is witty and funny but will talk the entire time about how great she is at waxing, skincare, etc. It was slightly offputting. I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me.
