So we walked in, stated we would like 1 gel manicure (me) and 1 regular pedicure (for my husband) - boom, we were seated right away. My MANicurist, Tony got started on me right away. Filed down my nails; soaked finger tips in warm, comfortable temperature water; applied cuticle juice, began shipping away at my cuticles; buffed my nails nice and smooth. Dangggggg, super fast- all within 10 minutes. I washed my hands and then he began the gel process. *one coat of base coat, hands in UV light. *two coats of Havana Cream Gel Polish, hands in UV light. *one coat of top coat, hands in UV light. *mini hand massage using coconut aloe lotion.....Done! My satisfying, complete gel manicure was done in less than 30 minutes! That's what I call service; go see Tony! Overall, the nail salon is, what it is. You got your manicure tables to the left and pedicure chairs to the right. It's bright and somewhat clean. For a "drop in" appointment, I'm satisfied with my visit.

I specifically asked for a manicure, but aside from very minimal cuticle cleaning, not much else was done. In my experience, a manicure should include more than that. The removal was from a previous hard gel set I had actually gotten done at this same salon, and between the removal and the so-called manicure, I was extremely disappointed with the final result. I do love the color, but I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work I have nailed Polish everywhere. What also made the experience uncomfortable was hearing the woman doing my nails whisper that she and the lady who sits in the front are the only ones there who are good at doing nails. Based on the work I received, I definitely don't agree. And I question if they are the only two that are good at doing nails with the product that was used on me why would they assign that job to someone that don't know how to use the product, I can see why it only lasted two weeks. For $40, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. If I could clear the stars completely out I would.

While a business has every right to run operations as they see fit, I find this policy excessive and counterproductive to customer retention. I accidentally forgot my second appointment--yes, it happens. I was then charged the full amount of the service ($45). What added to the frustration was that I called 45 minutes after my scheduled time asking if I could still come in. I was told they were already booked, whether that was true or not, I can't say. When I asked to reschedule for the following week, it was never made clear that the $45 I had just been charged would not apply to the next appointment. I had to directly ask multiple times whether that payment would be credited, and only then was I told it was a loss due to the fine print of their no-show policy. So to be clear: the first time you miss an appointment, you are charged 100% of the service with no flexibility. They only send email reminders--no text messages or phone reminders. Every other beauty service I use (nails, hair, lashes) sends text reminders, so it's hard to believe that isn't an option. This feels intentional, knowing many people don't constantly check email. What left the worst taste was the lack of understanding or willingness to make an exception for a first-time mistake, especially when I was only 45 minutes late and had been a paying customer. Policies like this don't just penalize clients--they push them away. Unfortunately, this experience ensures I won't be returning.
