Only had to wait 15 minutes once I arrived. Location inside there is about 7 pedicure chairs and about 4 nail stations. The place is small and long. They made changes due to Covid with plastic partitions separating you and the nail tech. Prices The prices are reasonable. I got the D3 pedicure Laura's spa pedicure for $35 plus additional $5 for French pedicure. It's just like the express pedicure which is $25 but for an extra $10 you receive intensive calluse treatment which they use a hard purple pumice like stone for, exfoliation, cooling gel paraffin wax and hot towels. Services I had a lady named Sue . She mainly did effleurage massage up and and down the anterior part of my leg and didn't massage my feet just pounded them a few times with a tight fist. Very disappointing. So after she was done with the massage I asked her if she could massage the bottom of my feet and she did spend a few extra minutes on each foot. Much appreciated but still not that great, she did her best. She put pressure on the tibia bone and kept doing the same moves over and over. I'm a massage therapist and massage teacher myself so I like good massages and I almost told her to just stop the massage but didn't want to insult her. Unfortunately, my experience after that left a very bad impression. This review is specifically regarding their no-show policy. While a business has every right to run operations as they see fit, I find this policy excessive and counterproductive to customer retention. I accidentally forgot my second appointment--yes, it happens. I was then charged the full amount of the service ($45). What added to the frustration was that I called 45 minutes after my scheduled time asking if I could still come in. I was told they were already booked, whether that was true or not, I can't say. When I asked to reschedule for the following week, it was never made clear that the $45 I had just been charged would not apply to the next appointment. I had to directly ask multiple times whether that payment would be credited, and only then was I told it was a loss due to the fine print of their no-show policy. So to be clear: the first time you miss an appointment, you are charged 100% of the service with no flexibility. They only send email reminders--no text messages or phone reminders. Every other beauty service I use (nails, hair, lashes) sends text reminders, so it's hard to believe that isn't an option. This feels intentional, knowing many people don't constantly check email. What left the worst taste was the lack of understanding or willingness to make an exception for a first-time mistake, especially when I was only 45 minutes late and had been a paying customer. Policies like this don't just penalize clients--they push them away. Unfortunately, this experience ensures I won't be returning.
