Honestly debated making this review because most of the staff is so sweet, but this is truly just…read moreridiculous. Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The district manager Shannon double charged me. He ended up overdrafted my account. I have no gas money to get my husband to work because we are in the middle of closing on our home and we use every penny that we have this pay period. My last $100 I had in the account and I was going to tip Fatima the aesthetician that worked on my wax for five dollars. And the district manager charge me for $71 that $66 wax including the five dollar tip. Assuming that I did not have the wax pass. Never asked if I had the wax pass. And then blamed it on the system set up the system did that on purpose and that she had not done anything. And that if I had an issue with it that I can email her the district manager. This is absolutely absurd, you should not treat people that way. And the way she spoke to me and her mannerisms was absolutely unacceptable. As a district manager you would think that somebody would carry them self with a little bit more dignity and self-respect. I will be finishing my Wax pass and I will never come back to this establishment. Update I just called the establishment to get the district managers office telephone number and what she was willing to give me she only offered her email to file a complaint. As well as she hung up on me I called back twice no answer. Then I receive a call back from Shannon stating that we were disconnected and we had a bad connection reassuring if I can hear her. There was no bad connection she hung up the phone the iPhone says if there was a bad connection it'll say call failed. She hung up the phone on me and then called me back to gaslight me all because she didn't ask if I had a wax pass which I paid $400 for. To come in and have them charge me full price plus tip. If you're looking for a wax you can go anywhere, European wax center does not care about you or any experiences that they have a cost while you were a customer there. I should've listened to the first two aestheticians I spoke to regarding European wax and their model of business. It's like the Walmart of wax centers. Take the trash out with Shannon read more

I had been unsure about waxing forever until my friends finally talked me into it . I didn't feel like i would be comfortable having someone random all in my "personal space" . I had called to make an appointment and they told me they had someone new to the location but she had been waxing for years i decided why not . I go in for my appointment so damn nervous and not knowing what to expect and i got Bre. I explained it was my first time and she made me feel soooooo comfortable . Talked to me during the whole thing , constantly checking if i was okay , if the temperature was ok .. etc . She was even helpful picking out product that works with my sensitive skin . This was about 9 months ago and I've been seeing her every since . She does such an awesome job and makes sure that all my hair is gone . She's also so fast now I'm in and out within like 15 minutes . Also the girls At the front desk are always so nice and welcoming ! I have been to about 3 different European Wax Centers & they are always pretty awesome! I had my first Brazilian wax at a different location & they always make you feel comfortable since they're all up in your coochie anyways Today was my fourth or fifth time getting a Brazilian ever & I had an appointment at 8. I got off work and went straight there. I arrived about 30 minutes early & the receptionist noticed right away. Since this was my first time at this location I didn't really have a waxer preference so she got me in early with a woman named Maci! Maci was amazing! It was probably the fastest Wax I had ever received & she did an amazing job! We talked through the whole Wax appointment & then some! I ended up leaving at the time my appointment had started! First time getting my eyebrows waxed and they did an amazing job! I came here to get my eyebrows done and ended up going for the Brazilian Wax as well. This was my very first time ever getting a wax so I was really nervous. First off, the facility was extremely clean which put me at ease. I had my appointment with Hailey and she was fantastic. I didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable in any way and the process was fairly quick. I'm not going to lie, it hurt. But that's because it was my first time but it didn't hurt enough to make me never want to do it again. Hailey did a phenomenal job on the Brazilian wax and my eyebrows as well. So I went and got a Brazilian a week or so ago by Jessica I remember being nervous because I felt like I waited to long. Needless to say I was happy with the results I was a bit nervous at first when I asked her how long shes been waxing for and she told me she was newer but I was surprised with the service. She was really nice and easy to talk to, asked about my day and we just started talking about trips since I was going out of town for the weekend.I loved that she would tell me to take a deep breath and count before she would pull it it helped me prepare in that moment. Nina is the BEST waxer, I've been with her since my very first brazilian over a year ago and never felt the need to switch to a different waxer or venue. She's incredible, makes you feel totally comfortable, and does her job extremely well. I would absolutely recommend her if you are going in for your first brazilian or any sort of wax in general, she makes the process less awkward and is very efficient. I really enjoyed the front desk customer service. The ladies in the front are friendly, attentive, and professional. The building and rooms are clean and esthetically pleasing. Griselda was my waxing gal. She was really sweet and professional. I got my first Brazilian wax and she did it fast and it was not as painful as I thought it would be. What I liked most is that Griselda was talkative and made me feel comfortable. It wasn't awkward or weird. She was really professional and friendly. I recommend Griselda and this waxing center. Yesterday was the first time I tried out European Wax Center and let me tell you, my experience was AMAZING! It's such a clean and sterile environment, and the lady's that work there are all nice! My waxer was named MACI and let me tell you, that girl can work wonders! Left that place feeling like a new women and will definitely be back to see her. I went to EWC a week ago for the very first time. It was first time ever getting my face waxed - I was nervous about the redness at first. My waxer was Emily Nicasio. She was very thorough and gentle. Made sure there was no hair left, and we had a great conversation! I will definitely be going back to see her. She was very professional and afterward showed me prouduct. I am going to purchase some body polish at my next appointment. Love, Love, Love Fatima she is an amazing waxer! I have been getting my services done with her for 3 months and she has been the best I've gotten. She made me feel comfortable by talking with me throughout the appointment. I feel like I am doing self care with a friend. Just had the most amazing experience at European Wax Center. Stephanie was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I'd never had anything waxed other than my eyebrows so I was a little nervous to get a Brazilian but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've already booked my next appointment because she made me feel that comfortable. They are very clean. Annabelle was very welcoming at the front desk. I'll be seeing them again in a few weeks. Dynice is an amazing wax artist! She makes you feel completely 100% comfortable. This is my second time getting waxed by her and I absolutely love it. I've been a few other places for my Brazilians and had some bad experiences...My first time here I got Bre as my waxer and I won't be going to anyone else ever again!!!!This was a completely different experience than I've ever had. I had no idea a Brazilian could even be fun!!!!She got me in and out before I even had a chance to feel the pain. I've been here twice now for a Brazilian wax and have been really happy with both experiences. The two girls at the front desk are extremely nice and Sarah did a great job with my waxing. She was fast and professional and really makes you feel comfortable. I had never had any sort of waxing done before so that was really important to me. I get my Brazilian done by Corina and she is AMAZING!!! She makes you feel so comfortable and she holds a conversation with you the whole time which distracts you from the pain.
