I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. I have made four separate appointments that have all been cancelled. Today she cancelled two hours prior. On 9/23 she cancelled. On 9/10 she cancelled. On December 27th, cancelled. My very first ever appointment.... cancelled. I was lucky to see her on 1/17 and honestly she did a terrific job! She really does nice work, I just don't know what it takes for her to commit to an appointment. That doesn't work for me, especially if you have a trip planned or special moment, I need someone I can count on. Customer service and reliability is key when running a business.

I've now seen both Katie and Wendy and have always left loving my lashes. They really pay attention to detail, customize the look to what you want, and keep great records of your lash sizes/styles which makes appointments feel easy and consistent.
