Before we got started, the nurse took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted (mine is a partial removal). They iced me down to prep, provided a stress ball to squeeze as I got zapped, used the cool air to minimize pain as we went, iced me down again at the end, and even sent me home with an ice pack. I originally went into the South Sac location to sign up, and there was a six week wait until I could be seen in Roseville. That wait is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Both facilities I went to were clean, all the staff was great, and the first appointment went very smoothly. I switched to Removery after three sessions with a cosmetic surgery clinic in Elk Grove. I had an awful experience with them. Their nurses didn't know what they were doing and burned me and made me blister and forgot to even use the air on one session. The staff at Removery, by comparison, seemed much more experienced and specifically trained for tattoo removal. I'm liking it so far, I'll update this review after a few more sessions.

I understand everyone's process is different but this is just getting out of hand. I have a tiny tattoo and it's just the outline, I've been going now for almost 3 years and I probably still need at minimum 10 more sessions if not more. I would love to go to another place but I already paid all at once for the full removal package so I'm really screwed or just lose the 4k that I paid initially. Also my previous tattoo that they were removing now has permanent scarring and white skin discoloration that's probably there for life. They say "it just happens." I'm. or even gonna mention how hard it is with appointments sometimes. They'll schedule you for 2 months out after cancelling your upcoming appointment due to their scheduling or calling out staff issues. Anyways i would suggest another place if you don't want to be stuck there for 5 years removing a small tattoo of an outline, can't imagine if someone comes in with an actual big picture tattoo

Victoria at Untold Aesthetics is truly amazing! She is incredibly skilled at permanent makeup…read moreremoval and uses techniques that actually work. I came to her after having laser tattoo removal done elsewhere, which left me with stubborn yellow pigment that wouldn't go away. From the moment she saw it, she knew exactly what to do. With each session I have seen a significant improvement. After just a few sessions, the yellow and orange tones have faded, and I look like my natural self again! She also offers lip tattoo removal, which is something not many places do, and she is just as knowledgeable and effective in that area as well. Victoria is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and someone I fully trust! I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so. I actually travel hours just to see her because she is the only person I trust to handle permanent makeup tattoo removal properly. If you are dealing with stubborn pigment, especially yellow tones or lip tattoo issues, I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Victoria for everything!

The consultation was informative, helpful and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Go see her for nano brows, they'll never go out of style. Thank you, Victoria!

My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

Trusting her, I went to Dr. Prasad for a FREE consultation on weight loss medication. I only needed to lose 10-15 lbs but struggle with stress, thyroid, and menopause to lose weight. All I wanted was phentermine which I've taken before. Dr. Prasad has the worst personality. She's not friendly at all, couldn't laugh at anything I joked about. I told her I'd taken this before and it worked well. Having to only lose a small amount of weight, I didn't need a lot of direction. This consultation lasted 45 minutes because she felt it necessary to counsel me on sugar in the diet, getting your system into ketosis, how your body attacks sugars, etc. She repeated herself a lot too. Anyway, after 45 minutes she sent the rx in for me and I checked out. At check out I was told it was going to be $150. I said what, this is supposed to be a free consultation. They said the Dr. said it was because she spent a long time counseling me. I said I didn't ask for her counseling and didn't need it to be honest and that I didn't have a choice. I couldn't just leave and had no control over the visit or what to expect. She chose to spend that long with me. I paid it because I didn't want to make a scene purely because of Olga and my friendship. But it was brought to the office manager's attention and addressed the next day. I was offered a refund which I was thankful for. But that is simply bad business. Now instead of getting follow up visits at $100 each and future skincare with Olga and continued business, or referring anyone there, I will never go back to that practice and add yet another 1 star review to the 27 that currently exist. That should tell you something. Lastly, their intake form has typos and my receipt had a few too. That's super unprofessional.

He 100% could have upsold me on an expensive procedure, which I had originally thought was necessary. I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at Granite Bay Dermatology & Laser Center…read morewith Dr. Scott B. Hearth's office. I went in specifically for skin tag removal and was treated by Dr. Johanna Dawson and her assistant. They clearly explained it as a cosmetic procedure that insurance would not cover. When I asked about the cost, I was told it would be $200 or less. The procedure was performed, and when I inquired about follow-up if the tags didn't fully resolve, the doctor assured me there would be no additional charge for the same tags. At checkout, the front desk told me the total billed was $180 with my responsibility being $108.94. I paid what I understood to be my full share based on what I was told that day. A month later, with half the skin tags still present, I received a bill for an additional $200 specifically for the "cosmetic procedure." When I called billing to question this, they claimed the original $180 was only for the office visit and this was a separate charge. No one had disclosed this breakdown or the true total cost on the day of service. Had I known the full amount upfront, I would have addressed payment immediately. Instead, I was left with incomplete results and surprise billing. I called to schedule a follow-up for the remaining tags (the exact same ones the doctor had already treated), and I was told I would be charged again despite the doctor's earlier assurance. They also refused to schedule the appointment until the disputed bill is paid. The entire process felt like a classic bait-and-switch focused on maximizing charges rather than transparent care. The staff comes across as very superficial -- smiling and giving partial information during the visit, but showing little genuine concern for patient outcomes or clarity once the procedure is done. It seems the priority is collecting every possible dollar rather than supporting patients through the full treatment process they promise. I would strongly caution anyone considering services here to get every single cost, charge code, and follow-up policy in writing before agreeing to anything. Extremely poor communication and patient-focused care. UPDATE: The business's public reply to my feedback on Google maps is nothing but empty lip service and word salad. They still refuse to acknowledge that the total cost for the procedure was never clearly communicated to me on the day of service. Their response tries to shift all responsibility onto the patient while defending their confusing billing practices. When I later called to schedule a follow-up for the remaining (same) skin tags, the staff member was extremely rude and demeaning. The office manager, Barbara, did eventually call me back and personally apologized for the poor tone of that call as well as for the incomplete information given on the day of the procedure. However, that private apology does not match the defensive, blame-shifting public response from the business. It feels like they are more interested in protecting their position than genuinely resolving patient concerns. The superficial smiles during the visit quickly disappear when issues arise. Their questionable approach to communication and customer service makes me seriously wonder about their ethics and how they retain patients.
