I have gone to all 3 ladies there: Katie, Shea, and Tiffany. Katie is by far the best! She is such a sweet, caring, kind lady. She does my eyebrows EXACTLY how I like them, and even goes late to her lunch to make sure they're okay. I see her every two weeks. They have never hurt me, over plucked, made me bleed, or burnt me. Anybody who says otherwise is either lying or didn't say anything at the time and is now just looking to complain. - I highly recommend this place! The girls are so friendly, and remember me every time I go (I go every 2 weeks). They remember things about me and my life, and always leave me feeling beautiful, clean, and with perfect brows! I love getting my brows done here! All the girls are so thorough and really know what they are talking about and make sure you understand exactly what they are going to do as well. I always feel so comfortable and have complete trust in them! I currently live far north and go ak the way to the valley Macy's specifically for Katie to do my brows. She's amazing and handled the understated situation there very professionally. I'm not too impressed on the downhill trend they've gone to having the estheticians handle sales AND services but the transaction is handled well by Shae who left for the north side and Katie. The staff here are exceptional From Management and all employee's. Katie has always been efficient ready to teach and tell about after care every time. During Covid in a whole the staff is extra sensitive to the Boundaries and Concerns for their area as well as each and every Customer. I always go in and think I'm their Fav. I went to this brow bar for the first time last Friday & am so happy with the service I received. Tiffany was amazing! I just walked in so I was lucky to be able to get an appt with her right away. She explained everything she was going to do, gave me tips & tricks for filling in my browns & was so quick. I LOVE the way my brows look & already have a touch up appt scheduled! The online booking makes the process extremely easy knowing the cost up front and also being able to select which esthetician to go to.
