I needed to get my lashes done for a trip I am going on this Friday and found this place through Google because of the great reviews. The service went great and staff were friendly. That late evening my right eye started to become very sore, red, itchy. I texted the business and they said sometimes people are sensitive/and or allergic to the glue adhesive and to try a cold compress and try some allergy medicine. I tried both and my one right eye continued to decline and get worse! My eye began to swell significantly more in just an hour, so I decided to go to an Urgent Care the next morning. The doctor said I had pink eye and gave me eye drops to use. I texted the business to let them know of the situation and that I got pink eye from unsanitary conditions. The business re-assured me that they sanitize their tools and have disposable ones and that they are required to wash hands before each client and that the technicians don't touch the eye, even though she touched around and on my eyelid throughout the appointment. All I wanted was a refund for the headache that I went through and the dissatisfaction for the service that costs a lot of money. They said in order to get a refund that I needed to go there and have them taken off. I told them that I didn't want to take the lashes off because my eye isn't infected from the lashes or the glue, it was from poor sanitation. I also didn't have time to go somewhere else to get them done again before I leave out of town, nor would anyone touch my eyes knowing I have pink eye. I was beyond frustrated at this point and eventually after several texts going back and forth, I got my refund. I will not recommend anyone to this business. Anyone in their right mind would give the money back because it was on their part that this happened and to still insist on the glue causing my pink eye. read more

I've never had lashes that looked AND felt this good. They really take their time to apply them properly and make sure none of my lashes or extensions are sticking to each other, saving the health of my natural lashes and making wearing them so much more comfortable than other places I've been that just slap some on in 30 minutes. The owners have been doing lashes for over 15 years and their expertise shows. I won't trust my lashes with anyone else. read more

I have been a client of Janelle at Blink since 2021. I left a 5-star review back in 2023 and I would give even more now if I could as I have never had a bad experience there. The women at Blink are excellent professionals who stand by their work. Why then, does Yelp display a single review that gave 1 star? Why do I need to click on the link that says, "24 reviews not currently recommended" to see all of the 5 star reviews and why are they "not currently recommended"? According to Yelp, that is because it uses software to recommend reviews, "...that are most helpful to the Yelp community." Seriously?!?! Since when is one review from someone who appears to be a one-time client more "helpful" that the long list of excellent reviews form repeat clients? FIVE stars for Blink. I have been getting my lashes done every 2 weeks for 3 years. I get the mega volume. My lashes are ruined after going here. They use cheap lashes and glue. I am ONE WEEK out from a mega volume appointment and I have barely any lashes left. They didn't look like mega volume when I left either. I don't wear makeup, wash my lashes every morning and use a lash mask to sleep on silk pillows. She left a big gap in the middle of my left eye. read more
