Since this is my first pregnancy, I had plenty of questions and concerns during the first visit but I DID NOT feel in no type of way comfortable to even speak considering as soon as I even spoke about having nausea. The doctor straight up just said she would prescribe a medication and kept it moving. The wait time was a LONG TIME and after my first visit I decided that would be my last. I had called and asked all of my info be faxed over to a new office. They called back saying that I would be charged for the papers being faxed over and then proceeded to email me all of my paperwork UPSIDE DOWN. I missed my period August 2, 2023. On the paperwork it said my last missed period was JANUARY OF 2022. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE?... I would not recommend this office to anyone. There's so many other places to choose from. I only came here because I saw so many good reviews and I was mislead. Save yourself the trouble, find another OBGYN.

Everyone at this office was TOP TIER and so friendly. Doc Florio is very very thorough and caring. She explained everything and did not rush the appointment and answered all my questions. During my visit she found 2 lumps on my breast that my yearly mammo and prior OBGYN missed from 2022! :( I had to have surgery to have them removed and I am so so so grateful for Ms. Florio's gifted hands. Everyone in that office brought peace to my husband and I and washed away any concerns we had. We knew we were in great hands. Even outside of my pregnancy I am one to state pap smears hurt, you can take the "its uncomfortable" and shove it, they hurt. Dr. Chambers is the ONLY Dr. that has completed my pap smear and it did not hurt. I am so thankful I found her, I will recommend any and everyone to go to her. We need more doctors like her

I called left a message and since I never received a call back *Red Flag* I decided to call them a week after just because her name was on the referral list. A lady answered said that yes they are accepting new patients but you had to go online and submit a request to then have like an "interview" to see if you will be qualify to be seen depending on your prenatal care. That right there brought like a ref flag to me because of the conversation but I was like ok, I went online and until this day have not received a response. I went only and started to see the reviews that mentioned how there is basically no customer service, you feel rushed and unwelcome which a pregnant woman never wants to feel! So I decided to call About Woman and they quickly on the phone answered all my questions and booked my appointment.

Janice makes every effort to make sure they are comfortable and rewards them for their bravery. Dr. Zavelsky is kind and always makes conversation with my kids of all ages (2-16 at the present time) who see him. He has been extremely helpful with helping me to adjust to giving medications and treating my 9 year old son who was recently diagnosed with asthma and allergies.
