Payments were missed on their end, so I strongly recommend tracking everything carefully. Bills were also not sent promptly. It's the day after Thanksgiving, and I'm in a waiting room with 25 other women. Waiting. For hours. We each had an appointment time, which was meaningless. We lost this pseudo-holiday to drive here and wait. I'll also note, unlike any other fertility clinic I've been to, CCRM NoVa allows children in the waiting room, which to some is another marker of insensitivity.
