I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. Our previous PCP's office (Family Medicine of Greenville) was a nightmare to deal with. Scheduled appointment times meant nothing. It was quite common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Telephone communications were so frustrating - either not answered or returned. Dr. Maleh's office runs very efficiently. Scheduled appointments are kept within 15 minutes if that (I've been 3 times now and haven't waited any extended time). Stacey, his office contact, is wonderful to deal with. You may get the answering machine if she is checking out a patient, but do not despair. Leave a message she absolutely returns your call! Regarding Dr. Maleh ... he does not give the bums rush (gotta hurry because he has another patient waiting kind of thing). He truly takes the time to get to know his patients.

Went in to see BLESSED for the first time, and she thought it was appropriate to completely remove that medication, and force me to come in for an annual exam to get back on it. After I came in for the annual, she further demanded a follow up NEGLECTING TO TELL ME she would NOT be refilling my life-saving medication. After calling the office, I was told I would have to pay another $95, on top of the $166 from the annual exam, if I wanted to have my prescription back, which again, KEEPS ME ALIVE! not to mention the entire time I've been at this practice (was seeing Dr. Rutledge before BLESSED, she wasn't any better) my severe stomach pain, joint pain, nausea, GI issues, and urinary incontinency have been completely ignored. I was just going to move on to a new practice, but not that they're literally holding my medication hostage, I thought the world should know.

Needing a biopsy for high PSA was told…read moreby his assistant (NOT THE DR) that test was positive for cancer, aggressive and he had three spots. He was then scheduled for PET scan but not for another two months, we had to beg for an earlier appointment which luckily there was a cancellation. A follow up appointment with Dr Cozzolino to discuss next step of treatment only to be referred to oncology department for radiation at local hospital. After being dismissed, overlooked and frustrated with Brandywine Urology, we quickly sought treatment out of state. Thinking back, the waiting rooms at both locations were a revolving door with the older population. Since my husband transferred to another Urologist/Oncologist my recovery is on the fast track. The level of treatment and professionalism from my current Urologist and team of Doctors is a complete flip of what we experienced at Brandywine Urology. AND, they need to remove the woman from the front desk at the Newark office. Her attitude is awful and plain rude.

No apologies for their mess up. My husband scheduled with another doctor somewhere else. Too bad that office staff made me put a one star review because they could care less about people's time or follow simple requests.
