I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.
