We didn't have high expectations since they were fully booked--but Joey and the team took pity on us and managed to squeeze us in and have us on the road again in 30 minutes. This sounds like it was no big deal, but really, it was a huge deal since (unbeknownst to us) BMW no longer provides a spare tire with their cars and since most businesses were already shutdown for the long weekend. I nearly lost my wheel and my car on my way home, these people did very poor service on my car. The only good thing was that the manager was super nice and did pay for the new wheel and tires, however they need to hire some better workers, as I nearly died on my way home because of their negligence.
