It is your prerogative. I wish you the best and I hope you are able to find a satisfactory resolution." So, she was more focused on defending herself and arguing she was "right" than my case. I am greatly concerned about the ethics of this practitioner who prioritizes her own 5-star rating over reflecting on how she communicates with prospective clients.
