I hired Craig to defend me for a speeding charge in Scottsdale where it was stated that I was going almost twice the posted residential speed limit. Anything over 20 mph in Arizona is considered criminal speeding in Arizona and classified as a misdemeanor charge. I have a clean driving record but was an extremely concerned and nervous with the possibility of such a charge. Craig was well versed in the driving laws and worked with me to build a strong effective defensive against the charge. Due to the Craig's approach, the charge was ultimately dismissed by the court. Whew!!! I feel blessed to have find Craig and can not be more thankful for his services. He was extremely easy to work with and clearly explained each part of the process along with possible outcomes. He is well organized and communicated frequently throughout the process. Isaac. A conference call was immediately arranged by his very friendly and professional, paralegal, "Kristi," who remained in close contact with us throughout the process. Unlike other law firms, Elliot was one of the few attorneys that didn't charge a fee for the initial consultation. It was FREE (A word you don't hear very often in the legal arena). Once we decided to hire him, we were then billed a flat one time fee, plus, he would receive a reasonable percent of the proceeds should he secure a successful outcome. In the business world this is called "pay for performance," and is much more efficient than burning through thousands of dollars in attorney fees whether the attorney is successful in equitably resolving the legal matter or not. It may sound rather cynical, but often, it simply comes down to how much "justice" you can afford. Elliot and Kristi worked through our case step by step, always keeping us informed of their progress. I booked Paul Isso for a minor case as of December. I paid…read morehim the full price owed in February. My court hearing was rescheduled several times because that's what he felt was best. After finally having a hearing this past week the ball was dropped. Paul arrived late and under prepared. He also had a full debate with prosecution and did not represent me well. He allowed a random associate to yell at me in the middle of the courtroom and did not have my back. A secondary prosecutor gave me more information than he has given me in months of working with him. The only point he could give to defend me was " she was stressed out". His argument was repetitive and not strong in court! After upsetting the prosecution my case was not dismissed and it is going to trial. Before leaving he agreed to a phone call at a later time. My mother called him many times and he dodged the calls. She finally got him on the phone and he confirmed he is quitting the case. He then went completely silent on the call. He finally called me back after sending a detailed email. When I expressed his mistakes on the case he went silent on me as well. He pretended as if he had phone issues on the first call. Called back and when I told the truth, he completely stopped talking. I am now left alone to pick up the pieces. I have to now beg for a defensive attorney for trial after paying him $1600. I will have to pay a new attorney or pay less money to some random person that knows nothing about my case. I was blind sided and it was never shared that he would not move forward with my case! What really happen was he expected my simple case to get dismissed. And when it did not get dismissed I was thrown in the trash! This not how you treat an innocent person. I now have to fight my case alone and take mr. Inexperienced Paul to small claims. Let's add he arrived wrinkled to court!! Highly unprofessional. Do not waste your time. I want half of my money back for doing a half job. And I will get my money back! After leaving a review on his Facebook, I am now blocked. This review will be everywhere.
