After the first attorney I had just took my money then just advised me to plead guilty to end it quickly so they could go home I assume, I lost the case, but there was just more and more added to this for the "victim" just kept it up reporting false nonsense to intentionally get me in trouble further and over something that never took place. (Just an angry ex who felt they needed to be the judge jury and exclusioner) so I needed help and real help this time. Now since the courts took her side she felt untouchable especially after the first round . Well as I said not 1 but now after today it's 2 courts that Mr. Ramos defended me and now 2 times I walk with my freedom. Not one!! I was already suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury, years of mental abuse from my husband. I had to get away from Chuck because he was as abusive as my husband was. I couldn't handle the verbal attacks. When you pay him it's all over with, he'll look for ways to get out of representing you and keeping the money. He never fought for me. Basically strung me out to dry. Not a good person or even a good attorney. Buyer beware, his Facebook wall is even more pathetic. His abusive attacks are something I thought I'd ever have to suffer from and threats. It's how he treats you as a client. Constant verbal and written attacks! His favorite word, voluminous amounts of this that and what have you! What a crock! Who abuses their clients? I sent him a letter and copied my new attorneys and I clearly stated the abuse I took from him and I was no longer going to take it. Not once did he come back and state he didn't do this. I have all the emails of his abusive attacks on me. If he were your husband this would be considered domestic violence. Not taking into consideration how emotionally beat up I already was and dealing with cancer, I could no longer have him represent me as his attacks were toxic. His personality is extremely toxic. Think long and hard before hiring him. His condescending attitude was all I could take. I feel for all the people who have worked for him. The turn over was unbelievable there. His assistance left at a very high turn over rate. If this tells you anything it tells you not to hire him. One day he yelled at me about not talking to his assistance/paralegal. Why? Because they had departed. I was never treated as poorly as I was by this man.
