I've been holding onto this review for a while. It is way overdue! I spoke with Jason Lamm on a conference call with my son who is having some juvenile legal issues with an adult. Jason was timely and responsive. He answered all of my concerns and helped us to understand what our options are, where we stand legally, and what to do moving forward. After all was said and done, Jason reassured us that he would be available if the situation escalates. Immediately after paying my consultation fees I never heard from them again or received my retainment contract. Catherine repeatedly promised me she would email it to me anytime I would check my email address I found no contract waiting. Numerous attempts to contact Catherine to retain Jason was often met with dismissive promises that were never fulfilled. Eventually then on my day off I decided to call several times in the morning with no response. I then drove there and then immediately called before walking in the door and found Catherine sitting at her computer playing. I asked after why she wasn't answering my phone calls to my opinion she then lied and said she was busy in a meeting. I have very little faith in this attorney. Actually found a more dependable attorney that did not require a $400 consultation and immediately offered me a retainment contract after my phone consultation. Rosenstein law firm my new attorney is actually $3,000 less for the entire case not just to retain them. Jason lam told me to retain him would cost $10,000 not including trial fees. I feel like I made a better decision going with rosenstein law firm. They clearly respect me more and I respect how much rosenstein law firm returns my phone calls and immediately response with a contract. read more

Wow, what can I say, if your searching for the most comprehensive, competent, and thorough attorney....you have found it, stop wasting your time searching and meeting with sub-par attorneys, we all know the type, big billboards and catchy slogans. I was facing 2 probation revocations, in 2 different jurisdictions, on top of that I was indicted on new charges I believe 18 class 2 and 3 felonies! I was really behind the eightball, my "public defender " kept telling me there is no way around you not receiving a minimum of 10 years in DOC, I remember her telling me I needed to get my arrangements in order, and mentally prepare for a minimum 10 year stretch, it's unavoidable, were her exact words. I found Jason on a Google search and did my due diligence on him and everything just felt right so we hired him to help my partner with a legal battle, right away Jason already knew how to approach this case and explained the steps we will take together for the best out come. Although there was nothing that Jason could do regarding my boyfriends sentencing he was straight forward telling me what he could do and what the charges would be if we proceeded to the post conviction court and explained perfectly clear. Since the consult Jason has been available to answer all my questions regarding where my boyfriend was transferred to as well as any other questions I had in a timely fashion.
