Great experience with my first time at La Verne Power Equipment. The repair was actually for a…read moreHarbor Freight Predator generator, that was dropped upon shipping. So the spark plug hard boot coil wire had cracked. I ordered the new parts from Harbor Freight, and Felipe C assured me they can change the coil pack, spark plug and coil wire. I dropped off the unit and the parts. It took a couple of days, and Felipe C told me that all the extra work did not to be done. The new coil wire boot was the only thing that needed to be changed. So the repair was done with the parts I provided (Harbor Freight $24) . So out the door the repair was only $34/ $41 dollars because I bought a new NGK spark plug. Nice experience, with no useless work, or fake "upselling". Thanks also to the small engine technician who fixed the generator. From this experience I would go again and recommend.

Off the bat she told it's 30$ just drop it off and check it. Ok so I got a call a week later it was 42$ for the washer and install. Also the gas tank had a crack in it which I had patch it with a hardner. New dual gas line and spark plug & $225 more. I deny it since my weed eater started no problem and worked. So I pick it up later at home I gas it up a new crack and it won't stay on. So I won't be coming back and won't recommend it friends and family. Time to find a new repair shop
