Went there dropped off an edger. The not real high-tech but they do a great job. They do it quick. They're very professional and they totally know what they're doing. This is where all the professionals go to have their stuff worked on if that tells you something. They also sell higher end equipment and hand tools for gardening funny I even so envelopes for the card the Gardener's bills. Customer service ,knowledgeable employees ,better options This place gave me bad vibes as I drove up employees just standing around talking not doing anything productive so I download my lawnmower asking if they can maintenance it. They try to sell me a whole new one attachments and other accessories. Second option was to INSPECT my tool an provide an ESTIMATE to repair my machine and the technician is not available till two weeks to give an ESTIMATE Ridiculous. read more

Wowza! Friendly and knowledgeable! Very good and quick service. My husband's almost 10+ year old lawnmower needed attention. They had it a few days and called when the work was completed. We received the old replaced part as well as the 'old gas'. New part and new gas was replaced. The lawnmower now starts on the first pull of the starter cord. Purrs like a new machine. They checked it and showed me a trick with the model I have, turned out I didn't need a repair. I've always had great service. This is the only place I go. read more

I came by to sharpen my chainsaw blade and it was quick and easy. They told me the Remuda weed killer would kill off my ivy issues but it was a waste of $19.99 because instead of killing it it spurred its growth. Very disappointed at the recommendation when it didn't work at all. read more

I took my weedwacker to Hacienda Lawnmower to get the end part repaired, they fixed that problem but somehow the off button doesn't function correctly now, funny it was working when I took it in. I went back to Hacienda Lawnmower to inform them of off button issue & they didn't even take what I said into consideration, there stance was we didn't even touch that part & blew me off. I don't have my lawn care machinery fixed very often but "I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY SERVICE AGAIN", Hacienda Lawnmower very poor & I mean poor customer service! I'm giving them 1 star because I can't give them 1/2 of one. The lawnmower was dropped off a few weeks ago with the promise it would be ready in one week.. After 7 days we called and they said they would need another week to fix it. We called today, Saturday, and they said it was ready. So we paid the employee the full amount because it was supposedly fixed and they fully checked off the work they supposedly performed. It turns out, the lawnmower wouldn't start and after checking the list of repairs, the work they checked off was NEVER done. We then returned the lawnmower, the owner admitted they NEVER did the work. We refused to leave the store until it was correctly done. After waiting 2 hours, it was finally finished. We strongly recommend you go elsewhere for lawnmower repairs! read more

Neighbor recommended them to us to fix our Power washer which was turning off after a minute of running. Took it in Oct 7th 2023 picked up Feb 8th 2024 over 4 months. Heard every excuse in the book. We tried to pick it up after 1 month, but they promised it would be done the next week, as I would call them, the excuses began. Needed a part, wrong part delivered. Shipping slow because part was coming from another State. In the end, they said it was fixed, admitted it still leaked and the motor would need to be dismantled to see why it leaked. So when we got it home. We still couldn't pull the rope to start it, the neighbor who took my husband there was there to witness and help. Same problems as when we took it in, it stalls after about a minute of running, now it runs a minute and a half, leaks gas, squirts water from the top of the unit, never did that before. They sent us home with a bag of the old parts which was just a spark plug and our original filter. They didn't even have a filter. They did order one and called us a week later. We didn't pick up the phone. I would tell anyone that if you need something fixed. go someplace else or just go buy a new one. We lost 4 months time and 150.00+ for nothing. NOTHING!!! read more

We have been coming to Terry's for years. We will never come here again. We dropped off our lawnmower and edge 3 weeks ago for basic tune-ups. We were told it would take 2 weeks. Well 3 weeks later they still haven't started the service. Not even a courtesy call to inform us of the continued delay. Bad costumer service. Don't waste your money. I have used this place before and was great, but not anymore. Drop off a chainsaw that won't stay on, and when came to pick up, it had not been work, a week later go again (got a txt that is ready) and asked them to turn it on and they couldn't get it to start. So now another week later I am still waiting and nobody answers the phone. I guess the mechanic is gone and the new guy is not good. read more

I've been taking my McLane mowers here for at least 10 years. They always come back like they are new. My issues are mostly carburetor issues. Both of my mowers are from the early 90's. When I get the blades sharpened, they can cut paper! Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Especially when I arrive with my two lawnmowers in the back of my truck. My 4 year old lawnmower stopped working and I brought it in to Terry's. I called a couple of other places and messaged a couple through Yelp. Terry's Lawnmowers were very responsive and had the most decent pricing compared to others. They are friendly and seem very honest about telling you what is wrong with your lawnmower. I had another issue recently and they had no problem trying to troubleshoot with me over the phone so I wouldn't have to bring it in. These guys are the best! read more
