He answered all our questions, provided excellent communication throughout the job and even offered solutions to issues encountered replacing an old deck with a patio. The crew when arriving was very professional and every member knew their job and worked great as a team. The whole demolition and patio installation took 4 days, one day earlier than scheduled. They did an outstanding job landscaping around the patio and covering up the Bobcat tracks. We were especially impressed when replacing the fence on our side yard to allow the Bobcat to access the back yard. The posts were more solid in the ground than when they found it. We purchased a new house in Virginia. The landscaping was minimal and the backyard tended to retain water making it practically impossible to walk on it. They completed some landscaping (including cleaning out overgrown beds, planting new shrubs, turning one large bed back into lawn, and general weeding/cleanup) as well as tearing out an old patio and replacing it with new pavers. Saul did a good job on my property for a price that I was comfortable with. He was also very responsive to a number of emailed and texted questions I sent. They were fast and very professional. I'll probably contact him again for some future work. One quibble to knock a star off - I had a pricey grading plan done, as required by the Town, and asked that they follow it. They did grade the dirt in a generally effective manner that the Town bought off on eventually, however it was not according to plan. If the Town had rejected the grading I really believe Saul would have come back to make it right, but still, it was annoying to see that the plan didn't have much bearing. read more

Very happy I decided to have work done by this company. They did some drainage and regraded the land around my home. Work was done quickly and so far so good.
