Many of their sheets are imported from Italy, so expect a higher price, but also an unbelievably comfortable bed! They have just branched out into kitchen items as well and have some very high end appliances that I could see fitting perfectly on my counter top. I mentioned that and he tells me "You WANT something from us?? Don't call me telling we didn't call you back call the wear house at __" The RUDEST person I have EVER dealt with. I tried to call back because he rambled the number so fast I didn't catch it and he ignored my phone call. I called a second time and asked him for the number because he had rambled it so fast and I was shocked he was so rude to me that I didn't catch it. He proceeded to tell me "He isn't here to serve me and I'm not his wife". Just ridiculous. He refused to give me the number again and told me to "Look it up myself" and hung up.

The store is so filled with items that there's always something new to spot when visiting. It is perhaps hard to find what you're looking for if you only want to find something very specific but if you're open to finding new things this is a great option! Just narrow down the search to the particular style you want and come to the store. Service is spectacular here. Upon walking in, i was greeted and helped instantly. There are some beautiful peices here for any price range. The nice part is that everything is hung and lights are on so you can see the full effect. The ceilings are 12 feet high so they are typical of most homes. They have lots of sale items which are typically the last lf the item and are used as displays. These can be bought and taken home the day of sale. Other items if are not carried in stock take about 4 weeks...any sooner and its possible for damage to occur to the lights. I luckily snagged an amazing peice for just $39 regular $450. It was the last of its kind and display but they were doing the clearance to make room for the new inventory which arrives in october. Within one hour i had my peice all cleaned up like new and packaged nicely for transport. They sell all sort of light bulbs here too. So you can get all your needs met on one visit. The difference of here and the chain stores are that the service is spectacular. Theres a wider selection. And you get to see displays in use so that you can visulaize the light they give off. A must visit if you are buying a new home or renovating!

This use to be a pretty good hydro shop, looks like a ownership change for the…read moreworse, ther is little to no stock, unknowlagable clerks, product tampering I bought a TDS meter there and asked for the solution to calibrate it, Andrew took the meter and calibrated it ( big mistake, should have left it factory calibrated) tryed it out at home and was 250 ppm low, tryed to calibrate it with the new solution, meter stops at 707 ppm, tested solution with truncheon meter it's dead on at 500 ppm

I am not a gardener, nor do I want to worry about taking care of house plants. However, Sarah (my…read morewife) needs her houseplants and she asked me to pick up a number of pots and other accessories. While I am no garden or houseplant expert, everybody who works at the store appears to be one. And the staff was particularly friendly and helpful with helping me pick out the most appropriate soil and containers for our plants. When it comes time for us to start our garden this year, I'll be back.
