He called before arriving, to confirm visit. Wanted to diagnose our AC unit, even though it wasn't a service call. Determined the capacitor was bad and compressor was not repairable. Checked our furnace and gave us a quote. I asked when and he wanted to confirm a cancellation early the next week. Called us and offered to replace our system Tuesday. Yep, Tuesday sent a message they were coming at 9 am. Nick and his technicians arrived on time and finished replacing our HVAC system by 5 pm. Very professional crew, courteous, and never stopped till the job was done. Clean up everything and hauled it away. I offered to give him a 5-star recommendation, but he said 4-star got more attention. So, here's the 4-star for an excellent installation. Highly recommended. And, he billed his quoted price.

We recently moved to the great free state of Montana and unfortunately ran into a serious sewer…read moreissue! Our pipes backed up and filled the lower concrete rooms In our house with poopy water. It was really a stinky mess! What we did not realize at the time was that our main sewer line to our septic tank I've been crushed and was barely letting anything through. We didn't realize that and thought it was simply a mainline clog and so I called everywhere and no one was available except Brian Gifford, the owner, who made time THAT DAY, to come help us! It was a lifesaver, as we were in a bad way! He arrived in just a couple of hours and ran the auger through the line and he knew there was a problem because 70 feet down the auger wouldn't go forward anymore, so he explained that there had to be either a break in the pipe or some other clog that wouldn't move. He did manage after 15 minutes of spinning in the same spot to unclog the pipe, but the auger still wouldn't move so we knew there was a serious problem. He came back the next day with his camera, and we found out that the pipe was crushed. I was able to get the pipe fixed within two days, and we were so blessed because it was all before the ground froze here in Montana. I cannot speak highly enough about Brian, his absolute professionalism, expertise, and knowledge about the issues was unparalleled. Not to mention he was a patriot and loved our great country and that's always mandatory when I'm hiring people. He's available for a normal price within normal business hours but he's also available 24/7 for an extra fee I'm sure. Nobody wants to get up in the middle of the night to deal with a sewer problem, so we are so thankful for people like Brian who will. I highly recommend Brian and the Drain Doctor for any sewer or drain problem is you might have.

Well what an amazing experience I had with door systems of montana! It was all smashed and caved in and the rollers popped off. I was lucky it didn't fall on my car. I did manage to mostly close it, but I thought it was totally ruined and unfixable. The next morning, in -20 degree weather I called the two main places in town, one of them being door systems, and ended up having the most awesome conversation with Bob, who is amazing and helped me so much. I paid for emergency service instead of waiting till the next week for service, and they had a guy there in ONE HOUR!! And then, to my amazement, the tech that came transformed my smashed and non working door back into a fully functional, nearly normal looking garage door again! You can hardly tell it was smashed and bent previously! Obviously it has some dents and marks and to be perfect again two of the panels need to be replaced, but damn! You have to look hard at the door to see that! I'd almost just leave it be and not spend the money to completely fix it! It's that good. I'm impressed. Anyway, I'll probably get it fully fixed, but I just have to say I am very impressed with door systems, Bob, and the guy who came and fixed my door. And all this for only $165!!
