They made early morning appointments (7:30am) so that I don't have to deprive my kiddo from eating/drinking any longer than necessary (starts at midnight so no biggie there) I also picked up the special prescription from a local pharmacy and then brought it in with me. They let her pick a flavor, take a horrible substance that tastes nothing like the flavor no matter what you pick (haha) and then sit and wait for it to take effect in the waiting room. My kid passed out on me... they then called us in about 30 mins later and she came to just enough to be a little startled but they're pros at this and she made it through everything like a champ. Which was saying something since she went in really freaked out. We still have one other appointment to get the rest and I have no doubt it will be smooth because they have such a great staff and doc.

My kids get excited to play at the office because it's such an enjoyable environment with games, movies and little activities on the wall. These things do help children have a good experience and I love that. Dental assistant Tori was so kind and informative of things and she really educates parents and the kids on how to take good care of our teeth without any judgement as well. She makes it light and fun and my kids are always excited to come here. Crazy huh? I wish I had a dentist experience like my kids do. Dr. Delonas was awesome as well and honestly I'm requesting him for all my kids dental needs. I feel like as a parent, we are not taken advantage here unlike other places we have been too. They always get all three of our girls in at the same time for their cleanings or special appointments which is really great since we drive an hour to get there. We have had good experiences with all of that staff and they do a great job of putting the kids at ease and will work with each child and what they will tolerate. The kids earn points for cleanings, no cavities etc and can redeem the points for prizes which is a really great incentive to go to the dentist. My only complaint is no appointment availability on Fridays and they have an odd Medicaid schedule that can make the appointment booking a little of a nuisance... We usually do have to book pretty far in advance, as well. Overall, I'd recommend, especially for kiddos with a fear of the dentist.

My adult son, my high school age son, my wife and I have all been here multiple times and we have each been very impressed with everything about Alpine Dental. I saw one review that called these people, unprofessional and immature, but I have to guess he didn't get his way about something because for us the staff has been great. As is typical with most doctors these days, the dentists here are a little aloof but they did a good job and that's what really matters. Their scheduling is also pretty great. They maintain good contact and have flexible scheduling and often were able to get us in earlier than expected. Another thing that was really important for us was cost. Alpine Dental seems to go out of their way to help you control costs and it wasn't just one time but it's been over and over again that they treated us fair. I write a lot of yelp reviews and I'll tell you if someone has not been a good vendor or if they are just mediocre. But Alpine Dental really is top shelf!
