I knew my paint detail from previous orders. I called right when they opened at 7a and they were already busy on a Tuesday morning. Tristan took my info and asked for a 1/2 hour. When I rolled in 1/2 hour later, there was a line of course but he had the paint ready and I was in and out in minutes. They also have a Paint Points program you can use on-line which offers great discounts and access to resources anyone painting will value. DON'T go in there in a hurry and expect to get immediate service. Have your FACTS ready, your samples in hand for matching and pack your patience.
