I've even been in the office when a doctor skipped part of her lunch so she could see a walk in patient. How great is that!:

Had a great first experience recently with Dr Reed. She's down to business while still explaining…read morethings thoroughly. Made me feel completely comfortable and welcome, great bedside manner. She was quick and deliberate with a plan of action for treatment. It was clear that she has the knowledge and experience to know what to do. Yet she still left room for me to make some decisions and made clear that there were other options if I wanted to go in a different direction. She asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. Altogether a great visit. Looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Dr. Stoop has been my General doctor for several years. He has pointed me in the right direction…read moreeach time and is concerned about his patient's health. Obviously these negative responses are upset about how he handled them, but I am sure he had a good reason. He is not going to allow you to be addicted to perscription drugs thru him and the negative reviews always point toward a patients drug addiction problem and they are angry. So, reviews in this nature should be marked for removal. If you need a doctor to continue an addictive perscription drug your hooked on, look somewhere else. Any experienced doctor can see a drug abuse and Dr. Stoop will not be your dealer for these narcotics.

I've had a few appointments with Dr. Stoop. He had not reviewed my records before our appointment…read more I gave him an overview of my health issues, one of which he admitted, he knew nothing about, period. The other issues, he denied, even though my prior medical records clearly state the facts. I submitted a refill request for a medicine that I take for a chronic lung condition. I submitted the request within the required time frame of 48 hours. Dr. Stoop failed to refill my prescription before a long holiday weekend, and my lung condition will cause undue pain and bleeding. I was in touch his office and my pharmacy numerous times. I will be changing doctors immediately.

Dismissed me from multicare pcp in an attempt of retaliation of my formal complaint. Tried to used…read morethe 5 missed appointments on my record as cause for dismissal. Note that 3 of these missed appts were errors as I was present for the appointments and have after visit summaries for the errored missed appointments. Also note that I have only missed 2 appointments in the last 3 years, both of which I was minutes late for and rescheduled at their office. Currently my 4 upcoming appointments, 3 being for my ruptured L5-S1 disc rupture. 1 being a new pcp consult I've been waiting 3 months for have now all been canceled and referrals pulled because this "man" is incapable of showing compassion and care for his patients and instead would rather retaliate in disgusting spite once a patient advocates for themselves. I had a referral to neurosurgery less than a month ago. Now every single referral for my SPINE has been canceled. Horrible human and PA-C in my experience. No one deserves to be treated with minimal care, and then abandoned once a complaint has been made.

AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE CLINIC…read more horrible life changing experience. i would not call these guys if i had a headache! its ironic that they call themselfs the doctors clinic. they only have 1 meh doctor thats homeopathic! really? is tyhat all it takes to call your self a "doctors clinic"? the ARNP wana be doctors change 10 year prescripts based on their extensice knowellager of serious intwernal/mental health medicine! what a joke... avoid this horrible nightmare.. is my advice
