Both of our apartments were near the Grafton Centre but on opposite sides, one being in a much more residential area providing a lot more space. It was cozy and nice but we decided to move to Adam and Eve Court to be a little closer to the city centre. It was fantastic. The staff were always accommodating, providing a dvd library, a very sweet welcome basket, and weekly maid service. The apartments were clean, the fixtures were all either new or in excellent shape, we had internet access and the apartments were fully furnished. The staff there was so kind that when we went on a 3 week driving tour of Europe, they watched our extra luggage for us, since we would be returning to Cambridge before leaving the U.K to head back to the States. We were over in the UK over the course of many months and renting a furnished apartment was a cheaper alternative to staying in a hotel, plus we didn't have to, you know, stay in a hotel. That in and of itself was great. Highly recommended

In all this time I have never had a bad tenant, never a late payment or any real complaints . When I had any building issues, they were quick to offer suggestions and had a few companies to hand to recommend. I never felt I was dealing with everything by myself. When I was trying to sell a few years ago, and recently, they were quick to facilitate this as much as possible by liaising with agents/tenants and potential buyers, and were quick to point out any responsibilities I had to my tenant as well as cooperating with my best interests too. I would have no hesitation in choosing them again should I buy another let property in the area.

He will tell you the cheapest way to do things and not charge you for unnecessary work. I trust him to have a key to properties where I need work done. The staff could not have been more helpful and they have a really wide range of carpets and vinyls. They're not the cheapest but the service is great and very reliable and who wants cheap carpets after all. We have used them for three rooms now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
