The sofa is in great condition with the exception of the webbing on the seat cushion frame. CSU was able to replace the old plastic webbing with much stronger woven fabric similar to auto seat belt material for a very strong and effective repair. The service was quick and friendly. At that time he did an outstanding job on both of them and even used the pockets from both coats as well as the buttons from the coats. Terry did an amazing job making these purses for me. Melissa was instrumental in the length of the shoulder straps of the purses as well as the zippers. Terry also made a purse from a fur trimmed suede cape that was a gift to me from my parents. This too was outstanding craftsmanship, even using the fur trim as the shoulder strap as well as using the pockets. February, 2021, he made me yet another purse from my mother's black leather coat. Once again, he did an amazing job. It's so heart warming to have these purses made from personal items of my parents. I will be forever grateful to Terry and Melissa for making these purses for me. The time Terry invested in making the purses and the intricate detail of incorporating the buttons, the pockets, the trim and even the labels of the coats is just amazing. Carrie Ann was superb at helping choose the correct color and fabric for that. The embroidered fabric was not wide enough for the entire length of the piece, so Scotty had to make seams near each end to add enough fabric to cover. The seams, with the enormous repeat, are absolutely precisely aligned on the back cushion, seat cushion and skirting. A phenomenal job, and lovely people to work with.

My European leather chairs needed new leather on the seats. After almost two months I was shocked…read moreto see the quality of the work. These chains are $600 each. The leather had ragged edges, shiny metal staples lined the edges and was visible on on sides on all chairs. The decorative tacks to cover the staples were crooked and unevenly spaced all the way around on every chair. The wooden bottoms were lost and cheap cloth replaced them. I returned them. Six weeks later I came back and the shiny staples are gone but all the other problems remained. Banola's has No Pride in their work. Barstools are the only upholstery they are qualified to work on. Avoid this business.

I had a very frightening experience with this company. And left with a damage chair, the same…read morechair I dropped off in pristine condition. The owner was doing a simple repair, reattaching the an arm by screwing it. back into the base. The cost of $38 dollars became $145 at pickup. And thank goodness I took photos of the chair when I dropped it off at the warehouse showing the fabric was in perfect condition, no marks or stains. At pickup, the chair was covered in glue and black oil stains. The owner refused to fix it. I tried to take him some material. I tried to talk to him and recorded our conversations. He was rude and told me to sue him since he is retiring at the end of the year and closing. He got in my face and then slammed a door, hitting me because I wouldn't leave and kept asking him to work with me, knowing if I left, that chair was on me. Then, he got his keys and tried to leave and screamed he would back into my truck if I didn't move it out of the way. He was erratic. We finally left and took the chair. I have a damaged chair now that is badly stained all over and has dried glue in the fabric. My proof doesn't seem to matter and he could care less. This is a family heirloom. Please don't let this happen to you.
