Cool Springs Upholstery did a great job with replacing the broken webbing on our outdoor patio…read moresofa. The sofa is in great condition with the exception of the webbing on the seat cushion frame. CSU was able to replace the old plastic webbing with much stronger woven fabric similar to auto seat belt material for a very strong and effective repair. The service was quick and friendly. I would use them again. The owner Jeff even went so far as to give me a tour of their facility which was considerably larger than I thought.

I felt like she could've told me over the phone. I took the seat out and brought it there. Before she ever saw it she told me that leather was around $4 a square inch. Then she took a quick look and said around $400 due to the cost of leather. I told her that I was debating on getting a factory replica interior from another source and that it was about $1200 for the front seats and $1700 for the whole interior. She went on in an insulting voice an a said sarcastically "It won't look like factory". I said it would be fine and she said "I've been doing this for 30 years and I'm telling you it won't look right". I replied "I've been doing this longer. Overpriced and RUDE!!!
