Wood grain with the cloth seats. Windows so dark you need a flashlight to see me. I know Master P had leather seats but my work whip ain't that nice. Not that nice, but I do like to keep it clean. That's where Benny's comes in. Benny's offers monthly unlimited wash packages that are very reasonable. For around $20 a month I get as many as two washes a day and it includes something called gator glow. I have no idea what that is, but it makes my car shine like a mofo. Shine so bright that it looks like I waxed my car every time I drive through the tunnel. I can't comment on the dudes who vacuum and stuff because my monthly membership doesn't include that. It does include free vacuums which work pretty well. The staff who I have encountered are super friendly which is a plus. I've really been happy with the results of my washes at this location as well as the others. One issue is that every day I wash my car it rains including today. I brought in my car for them to wipe down the inside of my car and disinfect it as well as cleaning the glass because my dog is Picasso with his nose when he gets in my car. The people cleaning the inside of your car are worthless and I will never bring my car back to them. They were good at one point now they are just robbing people of their money with how horrible they are at literally the only thing they do which is cleaning the inside and outside of your car. Don't go to then you will end up back at your house cleaning it. Going there is a waste of money and time. read more

My favorite car wash place!!!! The basic car wash is only $5 but they have better car washes and they also do detailing and they do a great job. Who doesn't like riding in a super clean car or truck. I typically just get the $5 wash and I use the free vacuums and sometimes I just go by there and vacuum my car. read more

This place is Awesome! There are 5 car wash options, which range from $4 to $14. Each option adds more cleaning/protection services. I chose the $10 (The Works) wash option. It includes an Express Wash, with Protect and Shine, the Wheel Deal and Scented Polish. As I entered the automatic car wash and let the conveyor system take control of my car's movement, I couldn't help but notice robust equipment being used on the car in front of me. I wondered "which wash did they purchase?" Either we purchased the same wash or I purchased a level up. As I was lead through the wash, all manner of sprayers, rotating soft brushes, and gyrating long slabs of (microfiber?) attacked the dirt on my car with earnest intensity. Unlike other car washers that have space between their services, this car wash did not. I could not discern which service was being applied to my car at what instant, except the dryer, of course. They all worked wonderfully and resulted in a super clean and shiny car and wheels. Actually, my car looks as if I hand waxed it - the gleam from the sunshine is so bright and I am thoroughly satisfied. There are a slew of Free vacuums for use before or after your car wash. Though, it is set up better for convenient use AFTER the car wash. There are self-service bays and full-service bays. The Full-Service bays offer inside cleaning and vacuuming service by attendants who perform the tasks for you while you wait inside in air conditioned comfort. Because I did not use this service, I do not know if there is an extra cost associated with it. I assume that you should tip the attendants, but this is just an assumption. My experience here was wonderful and I will use this place to keep my car clean while I am in Baton Rouge. read more

This was the worst experience ever. the full service was the worst. there was still trash in the back of my car and dust still in my carpet. when I got out the car wash there was still soap on my car and when I went to vacuum my car there was scratches on my car. Never again. Would recommend to go to a different car wash. read more

The staff at the Benny's Carwash on Siegen are always super nice and helpful; it's by far my favorite location. The lines can get long but the staff is always great at moving things right along. The vacuums are always in good working condition and the location is super well maintained. read more

This is the largest one, with the least amount of anything. Pay for the membership, but the attendants are never at the stall, always sitting to the side on their phones. The vacuums never work. Carwashes are an experience these days. They put on a really good show, I have to say. Benny's Carwash always gets my kiddo excited. Upon entrance, you follow a trail of cartoon characters posted on the cones to get you positioned properly for your wash. With so many cool sprays, fun foam and our slow moving car gets that gentle scrub that it needs. Cheap entertainment for my kiddo that is always so excited to go through a car wash. I chose the lease expensive was this time around because I just needed my car cleaned after it was sitting under a shedding tree for a whole night, so it was filthy. A couple days before I just had a premium wash on the car. It was spic & span upon exit, so it was a great first experience there. This place is too expensive to be so non caring. After the second trip in which my windshield wipers were pulled off and destroyed I was told mam you should tape them down before you enter the wash. What...... why are they not saying this earlier. I have now spent way too much money after trips through BENNYs on Siegen They didn't even try to help my feelings. That is what it is. Just had a car wash and the express wax at Benny's car wash on siegen lane. They didn't even past the Buffer over the whole car not worth the money and will never do that again. And when I told them they didnt pass the buffer over the whole car, they said, we don't with an express wax you have to purchase a full wax option. Have been to this location and the Perkins location and this one seems to rush their interior cleaning. I got the Benny's best and interior cleaning. The automatic outer wash is always great! It's quick but gets the job done. Like I said my issue is with the interior cleaning. You go to the detailing area and pull up to the conveyor. They ask you what scent you want, leave the keys in the car, and then they take over. They then clean windows, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, all the while the conveyor is pushing the truck along. I noticed they were done with mine but there was still time on the conveyor. They drive the the remaining distance and pull my truck up. They greet you, you tip them, and you get in the vehicle. I chose the leather smell and that was phenomenal. Strong scent but not overpowering. Then I started to look around and noticed they missed some pretty obvious spots. I even think they made some of those accidentally while cleaning. Went home, got a damp cloth, and cleaned up those spots easily. So pretty disappointing experience. read more

I don't normally do reviews, but I feel as if it's needed for the businesses sake. The workers are very friendly so no complaints on them, except the quality of work. I have a membership with another vendor for exterior car washes and started using Benny's the last two months for a quick, interior clean. It is possible that I don't understand what this includes, but if that's the case then Benny's should be more transparent of the interior services. After both instances, it looks as if they just did a vacuum and wash the floor mats. I don't expect a detail for $30, but I would at least like my dash, center console and seats wiped down. I can do what they did at home in 30 seconds. read more

I went to Benny's on Coursey and had an oil change in my Dodge Ram truck on April 2nd, and then while driving my truck and then on the 3rd while driving the engine light came on and oil lamp came on said to add oil. I brought it back to Benny's with a mechanic verifying it, I had two mechanic to verify it was the oil. So the engine is mess up, Benny's saying they did their job correctly. I have had other people came to me after hearing this and said their engine was also damage after the oil change at Benny's. So everyone be careful of Benny's oil change, the oil is weak. No Benny's did not acknowledge they mess up, it was the opposite, they said they change the oil correctly is what was said. So Be very very careful. read more

One thing I love is for my car to be cleaned! With 4-6 people in the car at even given time it's a true happy moment when the car is actually CLEAN! That being said, imagine my excitement to see a brand spanking new Benny's! This Benny's is definite top of the line. It also well organized. I guess with everything new, we must expect a "price" to pay and this time that is meant literally. I currently have a Benny's monthly membership ($30 for up to 2 car washes every day) and bc of this I get discounts on extra full services (such as a wax or interior clean). It used to be only $20 for the superior interior clean. Unfortunately that cost has gone up by $5. Although I wasn't expecting the increase, it's still pretty worth it to me considering that like I said...4-6 people any given time and most of those people are little trash leaving minions lol. Also, as compared to other Benny's locations, I would notice that although I got the interior choice, the outside of my car would be pretty well wiped down too. Didn't quite notice that this time. However, no worries! I was still more than satisfied with the WHOLE experience here. Also, every member of the staff I interacted with was happy and and cheerful. This location is completely out of my way; I literally pass up 2-3 other Benny's...however I will keep passing them up to come here if it remains just how it was today :-) read more

I have been dealing with Bennys since the 90's and have always had great service. Over the last few months I have had issues with the Denham Springs Location. There is a rear arm that goes behind the cars to clean the rear end. If you have a Jeep Wrangler it will take the lights and license plate off every time. they have ripped 3 light and 3 license plate brackets of in the last 45 days of of 2 different vehicles and recent they advised that they would not repair damages to the cars. Topped off my oil for free and without asking put air in tires and fluids as needed, friendly staff and well organized. I've been using them mostly for oil change but they always well organized w all needs and maintain a proper computer history. They show me the color of fluids and explain professionally when fluids need to be replaced. When using cleaning service they appear like a well organized team. read more

Although this new place by Benny's has more than enough vacuums to go around, the space between cars when doing the vacuuming can become a problem. I found my self trapped in the car on more than one occasion due to the fact that the cars and hoses are in such close proximity to one another. On a busy day, this is very problematic. The queue for the car wash is such a bottle neck that I have to wonder how they keep up with the service that you pay for. Seems like these details would get rather confusing. Overall, the wash did a good job of getting the car clean. Now I just have to figure out how to get out of this place. read more

I paid for full service cleaning, but the side of my seats and my driver's side door were not clean. 4 peopke wiped my vehicle, but i could still tell were bugs had been stuck on the front. A buffer was used and multiple areas of paint were removed on the hood, full thickness. Very poor job for $65 and damage to my vehicle! read more

I spent 64 $ on the Super Interior + Wax carwash service thinking I was gonna get a professional service but I ended up terribly disappointed. I think they only vacuumed the carpets and passed a wet cloth or something because there were some white spots in the center console after it dried off. I waited just for like three minutes before someone called me telling me my car was ready. I thought "Oh, maybe they are fast because I saw like five guys cleaning one car" but when I got into my car It was obvious why they took so little. Not worth it at all, awful service and completely inefficient cleansing. Next time, I will go to Walmart and buy car cleaning supplies to do it myself and probably will end up with a more "professional" result. I went to the one in Perkins btw. read more

UPDATE- Somebody read my complaint. Operations manager called me to give me a refund. I haven't seen it come thru yet but his customer service skills were far and above the other that I had received. I did send him pictures so he could know what the service his staff was providing. He didn't seem super interested in getting them but gave me the info where to send them. spent my lunch hour here today. going out of town wanted to get truck cleaned. it was dusty, dirty. but the truck isn't 6 months old. Nothing is stained or deeply set in. paid for the works plus. their highest priced wash. when I left there, both my mats still filthy, spots on steering wheel, console, door jams, seat backs. they didn't wipe down any interior surface except maybe the dash? I called and the manager was kind of ho hum about it. I could bring it back. I can't bring it back after work, that is why I brought it at lunch. He asked what I wanted. I asked for a refund. He said he could not refund me because I had gotten a wash and it had gone down the belt. Well with the spots all over the outside and the fact that there are feet print on the back bumper, my exterior was no better than my interior cleaning. He just told me sorry. and that I could bring it back. Terrible customer service. I can't say that I will bring it back to them to spend another hour of my life to get another shoddy job, even if I don't have to pay for it. I guess since they just don't care about their customers, I will end up taking it somewhere else to pay someone else to do what I already paid them to do. Benny's just like any other business experiences break downs in the service promised but how you recover from that is what tells me whether or not I will frequent again. I have experienced several incidents of broken equipment from the dryers not working, leaving lots of water on our cars to the dressing for the tires not being applied to all tires. The response was less than encouraging, they look for excuses of the poor service and not to admit wrong or malfunctioning equipment. I will not use Benny's and will encourage everyone to look for better options. They have "taken" our money too long and not delivered on a good product. What a RIP OFF.I got my car washed,buffed and detailed.First of all I can't believe the speed of how quickly they cleaned the inside.I was ok with that until I saw the inside.There were still coffee stains.I spoke with one of the cleaners and he took his cloth and said it was stained onto the interior,took my finger spit on it and rubbed,came right off.My tray was still dirty were I put stuff,lighter,etc.I should have gotten armor all and done it myself.
