It's also refreshing when going to small town in the uk and the locals not being so hostile because of your London accent and listening to comments about how expensive London is and how we all look down on the rest of the country. It was a really nice little space, nice decor, though is quite small so wouldn't recommend coming in a large group. The loo was also nicely decorated and very clean. There is a good menu with plenty of choice , whether you want a light snack or more. We stopped off for a snack. I had the mango, yoghurt and raspberry smoothie with an iced bun. Mum went for a special offer of a hot cross bun and pot of tea for £3. It was really enjoyable and filled a little hole in our bellies. The sandwiches and salads looked nice so would definitely consider popping by for a spot of lunch next time I'm in Chichester.

Access for wheelchair users is easy and the owner who has a great sense of humour and likes to chat to the customers which gives the place a great feel. I was offered help to make the table higher so my wheelchair could slide under to make eating more comfortable, touches like that make this cafe all the more inviting. The cafe does fill up quickly on sunny days so its worth noting that but there is an inside area too but sitting in the sun looking out across the park and to the priory on a sunny day is pure bliss. If you are in Chichester and are heading to the park its worth having a coffee and looking at the menu. Fenwicks are now on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings serving Meat, cheese and vegetarian platters from 5.30pm onwards, check them out. Also Fenwicks now do pizzas baked in their very own pizza oven, including an amazing breakfast Pizza! Check that out its delicious.
