Not many pool companies were even open for business during the winter. We found a handyman type of guy and he did successfuly assist us in retracting the cover and determining the issue. By August of 2022 we still did not have a working pool. In September 2022 we hired Budget Pool and Spa. Gary and his tech guys worked quickly to try and save the pool structure and ordered a new liner. Due to circumstances out of his control the liner that arrived in October did not fit. We filled the pool to save the inner structure and covered it for another winter. Gary returned in March, and the process began again. By Memorial Weekend we had a beautiful working pool which included new steps, new pump and new liner. The best part is everything is more efficient, savings on water use, savings on electricity with new pump and savings on chemicals. We highly recommend Budget Pool and Spa

The employees are so friendly (even if you say your from Ca)! I found myself very comfortable and relaxed talking to them. Our house was not finished yet so we said we would be back in spring. After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. So see, since Covid 19 a lot of stores shut down and business is back ordered with so many trying to get caught up. Our choice was a custom build or buy what's left on the floor. I fell in love with the one on the floor and we grabbed it! It's beautiful, everything we wanted. These guys came out did a land assessment and electriciancame out to make sure we are already to go!! Asked them to send it in the previous email they had corresponded with me through. Finally after several weeks I got the quote. So I compared their quote and realized the motor was 1/3 the price they quoted. Quoted 3 hours of work. Won't be using them.

CHI pools replaced our Cover Star pool cover. The cover mechanism broke after 3 times of opening…read more We also found a screwdriver in our pool, another screwdriver under the cover and an plastic part and screw. When CHI arrived he immediately blame us for the cover breaking. We have had a Cover Star pool cover for 7 years without any problems. CHI stated the ropes would need to be replaced and we would be responsible for the repair. We wanted a second opinion. Cover Star sent out a person to identify the problem. This gentleman replaced the ropes and an incorrect part. He felt that the ropes may have been put on incorrectly. Cover Star covered the cost of the ropes and replacement which was amazing since it wasn't their error. Very impressed with Cover Star and the person who repaired the cover. Needless to say I would not recommend CHI for replacing your Cover Star pool cover.
