After about 6 months we decided to head back after our HOA approval and talk to them again. They remembered us after a few mins and stepped right in to help again. Was informed he couldn't come back for a week. After sitting for a week, the hot tub had lost most of its water without the pump in place. I had to call again, to find out when he was coming. I informed him there was not enough water in the hot tub to start it, and it would need to be filled. This is what I came home to. Pump was in place but unfastened. I spent an hour after work fastening the pump down, replacing the insulation and finding two screws to replace the ones that were missing in the panel. Absolutely do not recommend.

Came back to install, different employee, he had to go get a fuse, then he said the wiring was wrong. this was in November, they cashed check and have not been back and do not answer the phone or return messages. Neither does the Spa Center on Fairview answer calls. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this company at all.
