My boots had gone through hell on an ambulance rig for the last year. I needed them polished and refreshed. After a day and a half he called me and let me know they were ready. When I came to pick them up it was quick and easy and my boots were unrecognizable. I'm not joking, these boots look 5x better than when I got them originally. I really couldn't believe it. The deal is, the boots themselves were in great shape, but the soles and heels were crap. Total crap. I asked to have them re-heeled, and he kinda laughed at me, then asked me to put down a $10 deposit to make sure that I would come back and get them, I guess. Not that it was an issue, obviously I love the boots, or I wouldn't have brought them in, right? So, he says he is swamped and they would be ready in like 10 days. I call back on 10 days...oh, not ready, he says... ok so I wait a while longer, and I believe I finally got them back after a month or so. Really a pretty long wait for re-heeling. But, when I did get them back, they looked FANTASTIC! He polished them up and they looked better than new. The finished product was perfect. I would give 1 star for service/time taken to finish and 5 stars for the actual finished product. He did a beautiful job, but don't know if I would go back....don't want to wait a month for the job to get done.

I had them for twenty years! Then my heels were starting to pull away from the leather to the sole of the shoe and they were able to secure that too.
