Please please know ‼‼‼‼ this place is under new management and he is so rude no customer service and for sure unethical to his business.. I took in a 6 month old new letterman's jacket (just paid $700 for it ) to clean and when I picked it up my patches and letter where destroyed and the jackets cotton fleece was also destroyed, I guess since my jacket was black and green I ran a risk of the black bleeding into my white patching which I was not talked or made aware about any problems that could happen with the jacket in which I wouldn't of left it .but we all take all our delicate clothing to dry cleaning so it can be washed properly. Now the owner was so rude but took it in for a second session . When I picked it up he had destroyed the patches and my son's school letter patches. He refused to listen and asked me to take my jacket and leave. All I needed him to do was to fix or replace my patches. It's my son's senior year coming up 2024/25 and all I wanted was for his jacket to be ready for senior pictures and his senior year. He might not think this is an important piece of clothing but it showed all his hard work and effort throughout his 4 years in high school. Took a dress here that needed to get altered. It was $30 for alterations which is great price. The alteration was minimal as it was only adjusting shoulder straps to a bridesmaid dress. It took 4 days but since we had time it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because though the alteration was simple it was not done correctly. We only needed about an inch of the straps to be taken in and when we received it, it was as if there was no adjustments made. The workers were nice and took it back, but did mention to us that they send out all alterations to someone else so had to resend it out to their seamstress. If you have alterations that are more major and need to try on to ensure it is done and fits correctly I would go to where there is a in-house seamstress just to be on the safe side. I would go back for small alterations such as hems and do you plan on going there to get dry cleaning to give that a shot. read more

If it's going to cost that much to basically have fabric cut, at least have the decency to cut it straight! Will not use them again. I've been a customer here for about two years & have really no complaints. It takes them less than week to get your clothes usually, but if you need it sooner, they will work with you as well. For a blouse and a skirt, both cost me about the same - $5 & some change. Staff here is mostly younger college kids & they have outstanding customer service! i actually think they are much more friendly & talkative than the adults that work here, go figure. They also have a seamstress on staff. I took in a dress about a year ago, just to get the sides taken in a bit. I was satisfied with her work, but she's kind of cold. I think that's just her nature, but she never really cracked a smile much less really engage with me when i worked with her...so i wont be using her services again, but the job was done. other things to note - they have a very limted amount of parking & since it's off 11th ave, it's always a cluster (it's next to taco bell). There's a few more spaces to park in the back of the building, but you can use the drive thru too (huge plus). I believe they open pretty early (6 am? 7 am?) and close at 6pm during weekdays. read more

This place has great people working the counter and service is always fast and reliable. With that said, I will not be returning. As I was picking up my clothes, there was a man working in the back that was smoking IN THE BUILDING AROUND THE CLOTHES. I have a son that has asthma and smoke is a no go. Worst customer services 1st they couldn't find my nieces prom dress until her mom had to show them a picture of it took them 15mins then when it came to the front was told there are yellowish stains on front and a big spot on the back which wasn't there when It was dropped off. The dress was only dirty at the bottom from dragging on the floor. They said it's not their fault and if my neice wanted them to treat that stain and if not go home and clean it. They still had her pay for service. They just kept saying it's not there fault and that it was grease stains and that's what happens when you clean it will come up after washed. Which is bullshit!! Very frustrated the dress was ready for pickup the day before latons prom and they didn't care! Never going or referring people here again!! read more

They were nice enough to give me a discount on my first service but the finished product was awful. I asked for drapes to be steamed - nothing crazy. I received drapes that had dirty marks on them and were almost as creased as they were when I dropped them off. I will never go back. read more

I lived in Hanford about three years ago when I was stationed in Lemoore. I took all my uniforms there during that time and they always took great care of me. I moved back about a month ago and went back there, now out of the military, to get some slacks and a shirt pressed and cleaned for a last minute job interview that came up. Once again they took great care of me. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and my clothes have always come out great. This place used to be my go to place for alterations, but recently had an issue with them. I had some alterations done to a couple of pair of pants. When I got them back they were not at the specifications I was asking. I spoke to the owner/manager. And he told me "I just have to live with it". I was very polite when I spoke to him, and was hoping they will be able to fix it, but he said they were not fixable and it's out of their hands. I did not get a refund nor an apology from him. The seamstress was there at the time, and she said she will fix it after the manger left. Even they looked shocked on how he handled it. Well after a week, I got my pants back and they were close to what I wanted, but not perfect. I appreciate the seamstress for trying to fix it, but I did not like how I was treated for there mistake.
